I'm right here......I am a HC faithful. But we have to call this yr. what it is, a waste for some kids. Do I think HC can win? Yes I do! But, alot would have to change in the coaching philosiphy. HC has some very talented kids in skilled positions. I will say this again, again, and again, HC does not utilize the talent t-h-e-y a-r-e g-i-v-e-n. I would give anything to see HC come out and be creative, spread the field. I can guarantee the game will be alot closer than it will be on Friday by run, run, run, run the ball up the middle. Need to give it a break. It does not work! I wish HC the best on Friday and hopefully they can come out with a win. Maybe they can prove me wrong by only running. After Friday I will be back on and we can discuss the game with those who attend the game.

I'll say this again, again, and again, HC needs to get more of the playmakers involved. A QB and 2 RB's on EVERY play and run the SAME 3 plays every down will not get you many wins. Expecially against NCC, Beechwood, Ryle.

What happen to the French kid?

I will agree, Ryle has a big line, a good QB, and some playmakers. Like I always say.......the best team, doesn't always win, such as the SK game. Keep up the hard work, improve each week and you will get better. As in the HC game, don't ever let up, keep pounding.

First , congrats to Ryle on the win. Way to bounce back. Good luck from here on out. Same old song and dance for HC. RUN, RUN, RUN, IT DOES NOT WORK. IT HAS NOT WORKED IN 4 OF THE 5 GAMES. Get a better game plan. What seens to be the prob? Is it the O line? Is the RB not hitting the holes? Is the WR not running the routes? Is the QB holding on to the ball to long? Is it the play calling? What is the prob?:confused: PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, SOMEONE EXPLAIN IT TO ME. I would have thought Sam would have rubbed some of his O knowledge off on Koz. Well, hang in there HC, it can only get better, because it can't get much worse.

Come on, I'm a HC fan, but a fan like this gives HC a sore loser rep. The better team does not always win. But at this point in the season, NCC was the better team. HC is showing improvement on defense, the O has a ways to go. Hopefully come playoffs HC has the bugs worked out. Try to lose the sore loser attitude. Now get back to the thread of Ryle/HC.

Exactly!!! Utilize the talent. No disrespect against Brossart, but teams like that you can run, run, run. Teams like NCC, Ryle, Beechwood, you have to be creative and spread the field.

Are you kidding me......HC can run the ball against any team that puts 8, 9, 10 guys in the box. Expecially against a good run defense that Ryle has. Look how well it worked against NCC. :rolleyes: Who knows about their play calling.

I forgot!!!!! How did the officials blow the call with the QB keeper? Readron was headed to the house when the officials blew the play dead.:irked: They thought Walker had the ball. It was horrible. This could have been the only O highlight for HC, but there wasn't any........just D.

I know coulda, shoulda, woulda, but if 25 for HC wouldn't have muffed the punt and NC recoved and played with a short field, the score very well could have been a final of 7-0. But a win is a win. Good luck NCC the rest of the way.......hopefully the next time both O's will show up and throw some pts on the board.

These plays didn't work the first, second, third, forth, etc. etc. etc serious. So why keep running the ball. NCC has 8, 9, 10 guys in the box and they keep running up the middle. WHY? WHY? WHY? The HC fans does not understand the game plan. IMO, the defense looked good. Was NCC O that bad last night or was HC defense that good? Was the NCC receives affraid of getting hit across the middle? I seen a couple alligator arm it.

If you want to call me out, call me out. I'll try to be a politically correct as I can. Unlike most of the posts throughtout the threads I know HC's limitations. Believe me, I would love to see HC win. But, I think with my head and not my heart. HC can very well be very competitive this yr., but the talent has to be utilized. That is HC's weakness, they don't utilize the talent they have. I don't think I'm one to talk smack, just one that lives in the real world. If you read the poll for this game......you will see who I think will win. Again, believe me, I will be pulling strong for HC to win. Unless things have changed tremendously in 2 weeks.....it is unlikely.

Rumor has it, that since Brossart now has football, they will get the kids that live in the Brossart District that normally would go to NCC for football.:dancingpa

If Holmes puts #22 who is 5'5" on Scott's #81 who is 6'3"......I would hope #81 has a BIG night. No pun intended.

I believe 4 in 3 weeks. 1 to Dayton, 2 to HC,1 to Highlands?
