Another thought.......although BHS was the better team last night...IMO both teams are evenly matched.

HC stunk up the field the first half. The second half HC had every opportunity to make it a tight game and could not seal the deal. Props to BHS!

Great win for BHS. They came out of the gate wanting it more than HC. HC had a few bad breaks.......but that's fball. The second half was a good half of fball. HC never gave up. Get well Tommy! For those who think the district title was tonight.......Not......It is determined the 3rd round of the playoffs. Tonight wasn't a total lose for me personally. My other nephew plays for CCH. Here's to you 3ptshooter: Beechwood wins again!

If you've been around sports, which I feel you have........Just because you beat the #1 team doesn't mean you're #1. Ffort wasn't even ranked. They moved up where they should. Because if that's the case, they should be ahead of BHS. We could debate that........

It's not that I get upset because you talk bad about them, but, you and no one will/has given them a chance. You asked in one of your replies, "Who have you beat lately". Well, to answer your question........every one you have played in conference. And to think NCC shoud be ranked in the top 10? BHS has beaten them and HC. The poll are just a rating, and the talk is done on the field. It's really any bodies game and who's hot in the playoffs.

I do believe Frankfort wasn't even ranked according to yesterdays enquire.......but yet you think FF should jump in HC's place. HC has been ranked all year. Not taking anything away from Frankfort, I do believe they should be ranked. But #3?:confused: Here's a little food for thought: Any team can be beaten on any given night and the best team doesn't always win. Sorry about the pot shot, but everything I have read that you have written about HC has been neg. Ya know, Friday both teams are going to play their hearts out and the game can go either way. I agree, it's kinda like work, you clock in and it's all business. This is just hype. As I stated before, this is going to be a good game. But you see, HC has nothing to lose because they are expected to lose. BHS on the other hand.......... Good luck to both teams!:thumb:

OOOOOOO, but it does prove something, we beat NCC and BHS in the same yrs, maybe not the #1 ranking.......but close. After Friday when the last clicks tick off the clock and HC wins......you will have to pinch yourself. But I will look forward to seeing BHS in the second round when they beat NCC. Even if BHS wins Friday.....I'll still look forward to seeing BHS in the second round:thumb: .

If BHS wins, it won't be by that margin. So, it's quit apparent you haven't seen any of the games. In general, it's funny how people take a position without knowing anything about a team. Not just in this thread.......

The big game is less than a week away........BHS enjoy your standings in the 1A State Poll, after Friday HC will be taking your spot..........Then moving on to play Dayton in the playoffs.

HC's freshman is pretty good..........HC by 21!

But the comment "but Beechwood is Beechwood". Just because people hear the Beechwood name are they suppose to be impressed and assume they're going to win? Everyone knows 1A is usually the weakest division and the Beechies stays in it to Dominate. Well known throughout the state. That's why they didn't move up.(Ha, got a rise out of ya didn't I? ) No, seriously, Beechies have a good team and so does HC and I wish both teams good luck. Boys, boys, don't get your jocks in a bunch. 1A is very competitive. I was just making the thread more interesting. But, If other want to continue to comment......OK.

I shot 3ptshooter a e-mail of how it's nice to hype up the game and it's all in good fun. Naturally I want HC to win, but if they don't, the sun is still going to come up in the morning and I'm still going to put my pants on the same way. It's not the end of the world. If HC or Beechies lose, they just have to go back and come up with a different game plan and take the tough route through the playoffs. Instead of being 1 seed they are 2 and have to play NCC, not the end of the season. Each team has beaten them once and should take care of business again. HC & Beechies are both very good teams this year and yes, this is the biggest game in HC short Ftball program. They're playing for something and HC hasn't had ftball for 60 yrs. This yr is exciting for the HC community and maybe they can't act like they have been there before, because they haven't. But the comment "but Beechwood is Beechwood". Who says HC only has 4 ahtletes (you) . If that's what you think, that's OK. I believe HC has a good QB, 2 speedy HB, 2 huge FB, 1 6'5" TE, 2 WR 6"4" or better that are lighting fast, a huge OL, and a tremendous DL and not to mention the secondary. I will give recedit where credit is due. The Beechies have a quick QB, a shifty RB, and a good WR, but besides that, I haven't seen much. If I'm wrong, I have broad shoulders, I'll eat crow. I just like hipe and the controversy, it make for a exciting game. Besides, one of us will be on here having to eat crow.

Good luck Pnthr4life. Hope you do come out on the winning end. Then that will mean HC will play Ludlow after they beat Beechies next Friday.
