Anyone who thinks Bellevue will be winning is this fashion must be a complete idiot. Bellevue has beat no quality team this year so your 6-4 record means absolutely nothing except you beat 6 very bad teams with losing records. And to save you the trouble, yes I know Nepwort is 1-9 and will get beat badly tonight so you Bellevue fans have a good time watching Dayton win again. It may not be as bad as the first game, but Dayton will still win.

I know Nate Berkley personally and yes he was a great QB for Bellevue. However, I don't think he would be able to turn the passing game around in this quick of time. He had great instincts and that is something you are born with, not something you can teach. He knew how to read the defense, and didn't make stupid mistakes. And I believe he was pretty quick as well. Was a great asset to the track team. Someone who is going to be making there first start on the varsity level is going to be extremely nervous without the extra pressure of knowing its a playoff game, and that you must win or your season is over. So forgive me if I don't think that this will make that big of a difference. Now if Nate Berkley was going to be the QB on Friday, then that's a different story.

Llyod has Holy Cross in the first round of the Playoffs and will lose so the comment about picking it up if they want to do well in the playoffs means nothing except that if they pick up their level ofplay, they beat Ludlow.

Dayton didn't look that great tonight, but they got the job done.

Newport did play well last week against HC so I do expect a close game against Dayton. With Dayton having home field advantage and senior night, I will give them the slight edge but wouldn't be surprised in Newport wins. Dayton 35 Newport 21

If Newport wins, how will the distrct standing be besides NCC? NCC beat everyone in the district, Llyod only beat Newport, Holy Cross only beat Lloyd, and Newport would have only beat Holy Cross. Just wondering. #1 NCC #2 #3 #4

Please tell me you don't think that the win over Newport is a quality win. As far as ruining their season, I don't really think they were expected to do well after everybody they have lost the past two seasons. Talking about seasons that are ruined, would that be Bellevue's after Dayton thumped them? Bellevue was supposed to be so great this season and I believe you said they would beat Dayton. I guess you were wrong! I'm 100% sure you were wrong! Bellevue's season is over in the first week of the playoff's where they get thumped again by rival Dayton. I am 100% right on that!

If I'm not mistaken, I believe that ND plays Lloyd tonight, not Ludlow so you don't have to worry about missing that game because there is no game that features those two teams.

I think this will be a close game. Seeing the way Dixie is playing right now, I would not be a bit surprised to see Scott come up with the victory.

Both of those wins came when they were still playing around with the line-up. I saw both games of which Beechwood was lucky to win. With the line-up that is playing now, the Indians would dispatch Beechwood in 2 games.

In the 9th Region, Holy Croos has the toughest draw. They start with Boone, then if they win, have to play ND, and then St. Henry/Ryle in the final. That's a very tough road for the Indians, but I think they can do it. If they come to play, I have no doubt they can win it all.

Unfortunately, Bellevue hasn't beaten anyone of quality all year long. No matter how you want to spin in, they haven't! As for the upcoming Beechwwod game, Beechwood wins by as many as it wants. Case closed.
