What a game, I am exhausted from watching! I knew it would be a tough one. Congrats on the win. BC Rebels - you played a good game. Awesome turnout of fans tonight on both sides, standing room only.

Mercer game @ Mercer Field, also, other info I heard pretty straight today - some designated tailgating area (closer to the field) you must pay for a parking pass - otherwise you can park/tailgate anywhere else w/out paying. Mercer fans - season admit passes available too in advance, but I heard not at the gate. I'm getting there early! It will be a tough game - Mercer on top. Good for Coach Peach and the rest of the ACHS coaching staff! Good luck to them this season. Happy to see the positive changes for Anderson County football team.

Cory Jackson, Brandon Ford, Donald Walker, Nathan Griffith, Chris Lewis - just to name a few - all Mercer County TITANS!

Last I heard 68 for varsity, 3 of them freshman. Freshman team has around 30 and dress for home games. Seems everyone wants to be a player on this "merged" team - who can blame them? It's no wonder they have the number of kids playing, have you seen the sports complex? Uniforms? Coaches? Support of the fans and community? Nothing but the best. Heck, I wish I could be on the team,

Where do you get "two hostile groups"? These kids have been friends for a long time and I've never seen orheard of any hostility? Coach Jaggers has done a wonderful job, but he has also surrounded himself with a great staff. I'm very proud to see how the community has come together to support the Titans. Last night's crowd was big and only going to get bigger. Can't wait until Boyle comes to town - it will be packed!

Actually - wtvq 36 announced at 6 last night that they were sorry about the confusion but this if for a Friday game - Merer plays Saturday. So votes do not matter - Mercer vs. South Laurel is out anyway. Didn't realize when they included them for the Gridiron Blitz. There will be another Friday night for the Titans.

Game location is at Harrodsburg East Lexington Campus - Alvis Johnson Field, 8:00. Titans on top by at least 2 touchdowns.

Not only was Lewis laying some lumber, but loving it - he was hyped - great kid, great team player. Rashad Buster I believe was number 31? Agreed O-line needs some work.

Mayes and Thad Claunch had switched numbers from the original roster Mayes was 11 and Claunch was 14. Mayes had a great run, quick kid. Chase Wofford he went from #84 to #1 - it was confusing.

And he is wearing #34 - of course he is Andrew's brother...

If these are the guys playing JV - it should be about as much fun to watch as varsity games.

Tyler Mayes #11, and McCloud both looked good tonight.

May have been Jordan#21, Norris #6 got the safety at the end of the game.

My understanding - passes are for the regular season games - this is s Bowl and I don't think the passes apply to Saturday? But you can save a few bucks getting the tix early at school. I am ready for the next game. Maybe Monday vs. Garrard JV - those players showed some guts and glory tonight too.

I noticed Alvis there tonight in his lavendar shirt - neutral color I guess. I think some special things are going on at the Fort Harrod Bowl in his honor on Saturday. He contributed and continues to contribute much to this community. Tickets $5 at the schools, $8 at the gate Mercer vs. South Laurel @8:00.

Well at least Derrick and Dennis are still wearing blue and white - just with the wrong name on the shirt - that hurts. Good luck to LCA this season, remember the Titans!

Trust me Titan they do think that - these players were so hyped for this game and ready for another! Schedule says JV is supposed to play home on Monday vs. Garrard.

I counted 18 from Harrodsburg campus on Varsity - freshman not included. Overall I thought they played a good game, always room for improvement. There were good highlights, but also areas of concern. Many players really stood out tonight, great that so many got to play. Way to go Titans - we are very proud of you working hard together as a team! "Make them Remember the Titans Forever"
