I know the schedule has been lightened, but is this Anderson County team much improved from the past couple seasons?

It seems Coach Peach has this team going in the right direction. It will be interesting to see where they end up in their tough district.

Good for Coach Peach and the rest of the ACHS coaching staff! Good luck to them this season. Happy to see the positive changes for Anderson County football team.

Looks like Anderson Co. did not exactly pick tough games, we will see how much they have improved when the district comes around.

coach Hammons must have the Defense clicking too! I hope the wins can give the bearcats some much needed confidence as they head into district play. Maybe they will get that "refuse to lose" attitude that has been missing for the past several seasons. Way to go guys! Keep it up!

It's not been that long ago that Anderson was a handful. They will get back to where they wanna be.

It's going to be a long year in Falmouth.....

It seems that way, I just don't see a team out there. It is such a shame to have it go downhill after the past seasons, I guess that's what happens with new staff...

Downhill? PC went 6-4 last season, beating 6 teams with losing records. This years schedule is much tougher than last season. The new staff is doing a fine job out there at PC...give them time, they'll get it turned around.:thumb:

Downhill in participation and leadership, not in number of games won. It isn't just about winning, there is a big difference on that field between the past and now.

fp30 are you refering to Anderson or pendleton? I think the Anderson staff is working very hard to rejuvinate a very poor program. 3-0 great start guys keep it going!

PENDLETON...

I saw PC earlier in the year and they just didn't seem to have that big of a turnout. I only counted about 30 players dressed on their varsity in the pre-season. As the season rolls on it's got to be tough with injuries.

I heard Pendleton was trying to get a solid nucleus of tough kids and then begin to form them and the program. I'm sure they'll improve as the season progresses.
