If Mercer plays physical, they will beat South. SL is traditionally not a very physical team. Maybe Chappel will change that. I say South can't get rid of the turnover bug and Mercer wins it 42-35.

I hear South Laurel can really throw the football well. Is this true? Yeah, I'm afraid our defense will give up some scores in this game. But, we have some players on defense this season so it will be interesting to see how they respond to a good offense. I am going to say Mercer 38 South Laurel 28.
