Until proven otherwise, they both are the best. I like BG and I am pulling for them. I don't think we need to turn this into a best in KY thread Fish, what Guru is saying is that we want all KY teams to do well against out of state teams. Just like everyone should be pulling for T against big Moe too. I root for all Kentucky teams against out of state opponents, even Simon Kenton!

My heart is rooting for the Rocks, but my mind tells me Moeller will use this as a statement game. I am pulling for T.

Saw him talking to some people after JV game and they asked if he was okay and he said he thinks so.

I agree that talent level is up overall. I know your intent was not to sound arrogant but it appears that if T or X are not dominating then the talent must be down? C'mon man! Everyone in the state is striving to be better following the storied programs like T, X, H(Male), Manual, BG, and even us smaller schools like Beechwood, NCC, and that little school in Fort Thomas.

No. White hat gave Elder a warning on a holding call but threw the flag on HHS the first hold he saw. Coach felt that Ref wasn't consistent in his calls. Ref got mad and appeared to allow the constant badgering from the coach the rest of the game to dictate his officiating. I think he should have let it go. Ref waited till the end of the game to talk to him which was a mistake. He should have just left and said nothing. Like some of us on here, we allow certain posters to bait us and the ref took the bait.

Hergott, Kendall, Daugherty, and Whitford are studs. Defense was impressive. If anyone was worried, Birds future is pretty bright. I can't get over how physical Nick Kendall has gotten. He rarely would be stopped by the first hit, or second, or third. I want to go see them play again!

Apparently the White hat didn't get the memo from KHSAA to get off the field right after the game. He chose to stay and get in a shouting match with an HHS assistant coach. That was sad. These guys are paid professionals and need to act like it. Especially the White hat! He actually began to walk back onto the field to run his mouth. Luckily for him the side judges and umpire grabbed him and told him to shut up. Some people just don't get it.

By the way, guess which school has not only the best football team in NKY but the highest SAT scores as well? I'll give you a hint, they aren't in Independence, or Fort Mitchell. That's right, brains and athletic prowess.

Wow! I love the competitiveness of 6A this year.

Two names the Panthers won't forget are Feggins and Wrobleski. Feggins at points carried the offense and TW made hits on 21 so hard I could feel the thud in my chest. Felt like refs kept the laundry off the field for the most part but was a little concerned how long they waited to blow the whistle all night as if they were allowing 21 to carry the pile or push the pile. The very pivotal play I think was the obvious sack by Hope having the QB wrapped up and not moving. They should have blew that play dead as a safety precaution and called the sack. Instead, they let it roll and he threw for a first down to keep winning drive going. Exciting game to watch.
