Big blow to the colonels. Rb Brent Buckley is out for the season. We thought it would be for 3-4 weeks but he is having surgery next week to fix his shoulder. Wish best of luck to Brent and time for Brandon Brown to step up.

I really dont know who i want in this game.....I want the NKY team to win but it highlands. Im leaning to the birds side. Id like the colonels to go into Ft Tohmas and knock off the birds and give them the frst loss of the year. And is this game on the radio or int?

From what the pictures show, It looks like it should have been either an incomplete pass or a fumble...Cant change it now

I would have liked to see some more of last years O from the Colonels. A little 5 wide or hurry up. Seemed like they moved the ball on the last drive because of the hurry up. And the with arm Bleser has thrown the ball down field. I noticed that CB #2 for elder looked lost out there. Wish they could have picked up on that and tried to see what he was all about.

I agree 1000000% being in the student section i know of 2 major times of disruption by elder fans. One time leading to CCH staff having to make them leave and than the second time a young elder fan (probably dose not go to school at elder looked about 12) and a CCH student being thrown out of the game by the cops. The sad part was that the student from CCH who got thrown out was the school president who was on the field cheering. Make sense? No, not at all.

The people from up north dont give the colonels much of a chance.(http://www.yappi.com/forums/showthread.php?t=122113) However thay do give them the respect they deserve. With CCH and Highlands back to back, Elder and teh GCL will get to see first hand what NKY football is about.

Beechwoods first game of the season and also under new head coach. Colonels comming off a bad loss Vs the team from Ft Tohmas. Its hard for me to pick. Also the tigers have a new QB this season but i would not be to worried about that. I'm taking the tigers in 24-17 W.

How do people think the Colonels will do in this game? Tough loss 2 years ago 10-9. First of many tests for the Colonels. I feel if the defense is physical and fast like they were against Boone, they will do just fine.

Knowing the kid personally and playing with him for 2 years, the kids a great athlete, but sometimes it seems as he doesn’t out fourth his all. Not saying he can’t or doesn’t but if he played to the height of his talent you know he has, WOW!!!! The kid could be amazing. Good pitcher with V playing time and pitched under high pressure last year

Boxing and than wave......What about the people who have seen CCH in NKY and the ones they do at home games or when they win or any cheer not just at rupp....have a different favorite?

CCH favorite for 9th region in ’06??? To me it seems so. Returning 2 playmakers in Bovard and Jacobs. The colonels will also have Sam Cahill, Billy Schulte, Mike Grimes, Chris Bondick, Chris Roll, Aaron Noll, and also many more from the sophomore class. Any thoughts?

Might be shocking to hear a colonel say this, but way to go Apollo. You showed us that any team can beat another on any given day. I have all the respect for the program. Congratulations on 2 great wins hopefully you can put together 2 more. Best of luck!
