What was I thinking?...even more scary with Eckman....Is it possible for this team to be even better next year? What is the lineman outlook for next year?

General admission...but $7 if bought at school and $10 at the stadium. You might need that extra $3 for some hot choc.

I totally agree....who's wrong here...the player who broke the rule! Next we'll be letting criminals get away with crimes because they can play a sport....whoops...we already do that don't we??????

Deuce is one heck of an athlete....He was clocked around the 4.5 /4.6 range at the very beginning of the football season...I believe he has improved this. He has very Vic like moves except that he is more of a power runner. I think he weighs about 20 more pounds than Vic and has much bigger thighs. His yards per carry average for the Frosh had to be insane. He seemed to break every 3rd run for 6.

He is short...5'8"...maybe..but you can't argue with his production. While I am certainly not a Trinity supporter....I do think this kid is good....I just do not believe ,as some Rocks do, that he is the second coming of Brian Brohm. Height has been the main knock against this guy....Maybe we should ask Doug Flutie if it can be overcome.

I agree with this one...he was little green early in the year...but has made great improvements...even as a running threat. Next year he will be a lot more comfortable w/ the system and the role....

You are partly right...X and T do sell themselves.........but these other arguments about being fair don't measure up....If they were true...then X and T would be playing for the basketball and baseball titles as well. When was the last time either of these teams even made it to the final in those sports?

While Trinity has a lot of points to make up for ...from last game..... They have made significant adjustments They have a very good Coaching Staff They have quality players They have passion. X has the same qualities....will be a coaching duel and I believe the game will rely on the play of the lineman. I hoping Trinity's adjustments aren't enough to get it done. Go Tigers!

Trinity is not allowed to recruit either....and you've got it backwards...players pay to go to Trinity...it's called tuition! Do not try to deflect from the wrong that was done by your team by making unfounded, unsupported claims. If you have information about any wrong-doing by any school...report it! Trinity takes pride (as well as my school) in discipline. That is why your team's actions have caused such an outrage among the Rock and Tiger faithful. It is our belief that discipline makes our teams great not to mention that it is the mark of a true man! Trinity even has the word "discipline" on their helmets.

Petrino is not as good as Brohm. Being an X fan....I would much rather play a Petrino team than a Brohm team. Brohm was and is outstanding...and that was a nation-wide perception. SI cover...#1 rated QB...etc. I also believe he was undefeated against my beloved Tigers....Man am I glad he is at UL!......Hopefully none of those Brohms will pro-create any more boys....Let them dominate girls athletics for a while.

Do you dispute that HC showed unsportsman-like conduct by jumping on the T? Do you have some other facts that will intelligently dispute the arguments made here? Do you think that your use of foul language makes you more credible or less credible?

I agree..there is no place in high school sports for unsportsman-like conduct. This coach should be ashamed of himself. He is influencing young men's behavior at a very impressionable age. They look to him for guidance...lead them right!! My hats off to Beatty...he could have added another score at the end of the game...but showed his true colors and took the knee....Classy! Beatty chose to influence his team in the way of discipline and honor. Trinity not only won the game...but they also outclassed HC...Good job Rocks! I would wish you luck next week....but I would be lying!

Make no mistake....I'm with ya...this will be an outstanding game.....T is a much better team, but I have to go with my Tigers.

It was 48-16 just 2 months ago, and the score really doesn't tell how bad it was. X's subs even scored on the T starters. 2 of T's scores came against the X 2nd and 3rd strings. Trinity has made significant adjustments. They are not the same team that played on Sept23. Their Defense is much improved and Petrino has gotten much needed playing time. X has played a killer schedule all year and came away unscathed. I (admitting bias) just can't see T's adjustments making up for all those points. X's line dominated and overpowered T and will do so again. X will win again and take state...but it will not be another blowout. This is a game that neither school takes lightly no matter what the score in the regular season was. Glaser and Beatty are too good to let that happen.

You're way to humble! The lighting never helped me...I still cut heads off..stay out of focus....take pictures of my thumbs...etc..
