Don't count SK out just yet.

No he doesn't, he come up with some PC line to respond to you, but I know and he knows he despises us over in Latonia.

Busse has been the X factor for HC, he has been a key to this team since day one.

He has had a good career he passed the 1,000 point mark a couple weeks ago. He is the type of player they need on this team. I like the way Goetz has this team playing. No team can Scout them and say if we shut down this one guy they can't score. You have to defend all 5 players on the floor when you play HC. If you try to stop Steeken, Ryan will score, stop him, Busse will Score, stop him, now Sorrel will score.

I think Scott has a pretty good coach now

Ok people want to talk mismatches , one of Highlands post players are going to have to come out top and guard Steeken, and neither are as good as an all around basketball player as Steeken is, thats a mismatch HC has going for them.

I doubt many teams in the state would want to be in that district. Have HC, Holmes, and CCH had trouble finishing it downstate, Yes. It doesn't take away from the fact they have done very good over the last 20-25 years against down state competition.

What does that have to do with the 35th being a tough district?

I don't think I've ever gone that far. But I think if you look at each schools resume in the 35th no other district in the region claims more regional titles, state final apperance, and state semi final apperance.

Hey if Zig can do it so will I.

Its Senior night at HC so I doubt its a blow out. Highlands is playing a team who likes to play the same way in the post as they do, very physical. Everygame people discount Scrugss ability of defending in the post and most games he proves most people wrong. Steeken is more than able to body up with Johnson or Ben G. and Scruggs vice versa. Highlands is the favorite, but just because its on HC home floor, its senior night, and there on a roll: HC 63 HHS 60

By the way today in the KY Post the #2, #3, and #4 team in the 9th region were all in the 35th district.

Thats it, could be the weakest district in the state.

Colonels have a huge advantage in freshman basketball over a lot of schools. They have a good amount of talent on every level. So most freshman don't move up. I mean this is a whole different tournament if every schools best freshman is playing down. CCH is coached well at freshman level and do what they should do bottom line.

CCH vs HC has a chance to be an all time classic, or a over hyped game. I'm hoping for the first option.

I was told by my buddy who was NCC alum, he was taken out of game for talking back, then proceeded to make scene and walked to locker room.

NCC X factor Kiernan is equaled out against BB. With the loss of Heil for atleast this game. BB has the better backcourt.

They were missing on starter and one player off the bench. HC was missing Steeken. Can people let it go and admit it was a good win.

He walked off the court at the Holmes win.

Is this a CCH poster starting this thread. Its almost like they just like hearing over and over.

You really can't say that until it happens.

SK has some lady who sat at the top of the HC bleacher last week and complained on ever call during the JV game. It was probably the most annoying parent outside of the 5th and 6th grade league I've coached in, I've ever been around.

If HC can pull of the upset and beat CCH it will be the biggest post season win since 96 at HC.
