  1. I think they need to renew the rivalry with NCC.
  2. Just a guess here. I'd say about 5'5 and 130 lbs.
  3. There is only one team that can beat Beechwood this week.
  4. I heard that Bellevue can not find a bus driver for tonight's game, so many of their best players will not be able to make it. :sssh:
  5. Can they put people on the deck at the North end of the field. Talk about a great view. It is about 7 ft. high and only about 3 yards off the sideline.
  6. He is a senior, correct? I know it will be tough not to play in such a big game, but as a senior with tonight possibly being your high school game, you suck it up and play through pain. I would like to see him dressed and ready to go.
  7. Let's go Bellevue. Dayton may have won "The Paddle", but you can win when it matters most. Play hard, I know it will be a very tough game. Any news on Wynn?
  8. True. Even though they will will on their backsides a lot tonight, they wont get too dirty on the turf.
  9. Incorrect. The game is for 7:30. Looks like the Devils may be extra early. Besides that, their bus will leave from the school and get a police escort down the avenue at 5:30. That would be a little close for a 7:00 game.
  10. Was that Paul Gray, the former Bellevue Head Coach, I saw in Bellevue this week? Was he working with the JV qb? I was wondering what he was doing now that he is not coaching E'town anymore.
  11. I had mine done in the summer of 04 in Kenwood. Three days before a vacation to Cancun. The surgery was quick, about 20 min. in and out. They gave me cheap pair of goggles to wear to keep from scratching. You have to keep putting drops in for about a week after to keep your eyes from drying out. The day after the surgery, I was 20/10. I have since stayed at 20/15. Great investment! I can have any type of sunglasses I want. Never have to go back to the optometrist.
  12. The problem with this type of development is that those schools are losing enrollment. They are demolishing housing and putting up commercial and residential condos. And lets be honest, if you are going to dish out 500,000 for a condo, you will probaly send your kind to a private school.
  13. Stealing a line from Ron White of Blue Collar: How far do you think we can go on one engine? All the way to the scene of the crash!
  14. Yeah, but with the new laws, I still have to go outside to smoke.
  15. Good Luck Jr. Devils. :fire::fire::fire::fire::fire:

  17. I believe that also. But, at what amount do you base it on?
  18. My wife and I argue about this all the time. I say that you should tip a restaraunt server based on the amount of the bill BEFORE any discounts are applied (like happy hour or free birthday meals). She says you tip on the amount of the actual bill. What do you all say?
  19. Did he not play a couple of weeks ago? I thought I heard that he had missed a game.
  20. So, did the young men at Gallatin make it to the FFA meeting?
  21. Daniel Day Lewis was great as Bill the Butcher in Gangs of New York and also in Last of the Mohicans.
  22. I would look for a close game. Newport has been playing well as of late and with their record this year, pride will be a motivating factor. Dayton has already secured the #2 position in the playoffs. Surely, they would look to work on some new things, stay healthy and prepare for Bellevue in the first round. With that said, I take Dayton 27, Newport 20
  23. I agree. If there is going to be any problems, it will come from the pressure from parents. Hopefully, Coach Browning has the support of the administration in these kinds of matters.
