I dont see this one being close at all. Holmes should be up by 15 at half should win this one by about 25. To much athleticism from Covington and with Housley being at Holmes look for him to have a huge game going back to Newport. With the outcome of last year and Newport losing their best player, it going to get ugly. I think Henley has lit a spark under his players butt and too bad for Newport they are the first victim. Holmes better start get things rolling before next Sunday.

How many of those teams will actually win thought? Idk if they are in 3A or 4A but if they are in the others look for the NKY teams to win. Congrats to all 4 teams from up here. Its great to have more teams heading to the finals than the power house Louisville. haha. Well good luck Birds, Tigers, Breds, and Pioneers as we go for a clean sweep for the titles. We can all have a big ole NKY party after you all bring home the hardware. Come on Pioneers wanting you to win especially cause your a fellow Kenton County School. Glad to hear Stenzel is ok. I want GRC to be at full strength when they come to the KCC so I can see where the Eagles stand with the best in the 10th.

I dont ever remember Coach Carr being able to legitimately put 10 different guys in the game. Like Tiger said its always been about 7 or 8 but never 10. This year Coach Carr could easily give his starters a break for about 45 secs and they would be fine with going 5 deep on the bench.

Another win but now focus on Harrison for Tuesday and a huge weekend coming up for the Eagles. Mason Friday and then Moeller Saturday (brutal) but a great experience and a good chance to see where the Eagles stack up with good talent.

Holmes will be fine as it is early. The more they play and play together all the time the better they will get. Any team from Lexington is not a layover and Station was ranked in top 20 in state. I dont see why people are saying overrated its not like they lost to a bad team. Once this Holmes team gets rolling i will take them against anyone in the state!:thumb:

Your right and it is early but i dont see anything in the bright future this season for Dixie. I may be wrong but with a Freshman going to start its shaping up that way. Nothing against Pike but i dont think he is ready to be starting Varsity games yet and he's the only one they can play.

Its going to be a fun fun year in the 10th this year. Anybody on any given night. I think its a four way race to the finish line this year with GRC, Mason, Scott, and Campbell. Whoever is healthy and playing the best will win this region. We all know we dont want to play a team coached by Brad Carr in March just ask Golden.:thumb:
