Holmes better find a leader quick. Plenty of talented players, but not deep at all. I knew that Henderson's intangibles would be missed big time. Are 8th graders still eligible to play Varsity ?

It is against a #16 ranked team. No need to be too confused. Beating ranked opponants early is always a test especially when they are from the 7th and 11th region. Nice win coach Ligon!

 

And Holmes will be fine come tourney time. There's no question about that.

Boy I missed the boat on this one! I thought Bryan Station would be a good team, but not at a level to be ranked this soon. Proved me wrong.

 

As far as Holmes....it is early!

When I saw Holmes this summer they strutted around, didn't like it when anyone guarded them closely, and had very little respect for their opponents. They are VERY talented, but...........
