Don't underestimate Manual. Real tough baseball team.

It will be interesting to see how St.Xavier approaches 7 on 7 this summer. Brutscher is the best pure passer X has had in some time.

Playing not to lose usually is a bad thing. It won't work against the Big 2. St.X has the size and depth to beat you at your own game. Trinity will be Trinity. You give them 8 possessions thats probaly means Rocks will score in the 30's. Running a Dean Smith type four corner offense will only make it worse.

Both teams will be solid on defense. Trinity has more question marks on offense than St.X mainly because of the O line and lack of experience at the QB position. Stein had much more varsity time coming into last season than the next QB. Phillips is a great back but the passing game really opens things up for him. Should be a very interesting year for both teams.

Freshman Tigers traveled to New Albany Tuesday and won 11-0. Tigers are off to a great start.

St. X freshman defeated Butler 5-2 yesterday. Record now 9-0.

I would say around 5'10" 185-190. This kid is a football player. From what I can see he has put on alot of muscle since football season.

Louisville Longhorns 13u USSSA World Series runner -up last year have I think 7 kids off that team playing high school ball. Three at St.Xavier, Two at Trinity and one at Manual and Ballard. All kids start.
