Yeah, poorly balanced.

I've been to watch many games where there were 3 refs and less fouls need to be called than with 2 refs. Maybe when the kids see 3 refs walk out they know they won't be able to get by with any cheap shots away from the ball, therefore less fouls are needed to be called?

Don't forget Tates Creek recently won @ Lafayette.

Guess that just shows how much the state is down this year if a team that has 8 losses is a legit #3 team?

Do I think they will win the 10th region? No. Do I think they have the potential to upset Brossart in the district finals or Clark, Mason, or Pendleton in the 1st round of the region? Yes. But remember, they must first get past Cov. Scott in the first round of the district.

Not to get off topic but Highlands also plays Pendleton Co. Saturday night on a neutral court. Another great measuring stick for the 9th.

Scott Co. has lost @ Lex. Catholic, @ Bryan Station, and now @ Henry Clay. 11th region looks completely wide open to me. Not sure how you can name any team the favorite. Throw Scott Co, Lex Cath, Bryan Station, Henry Clay, Lafayette, Mad Central, Tates Creek, Dunbar, LCA, in a hat and who knows you comes out of this region. Franklin or Woodford will be no pushover for a district champion out of the 42nd, 43rd, or 44th either.
