Where is the district played this year?

If its in Cameron and a player is there that is being recruited by Duke then it's no different at all. Yes it is my bad, it's on Dukes campus.

Pendleton was more suited to be competitive in their old district as was Harrison Co. They should never have been moved north to the city schools district.

I don't think Harrison or Pendleton would object to being in the district they came from. KHSAA sure put it to them by moving them north.

Bracken is having a great season. The coach is definately making a positive impact on things in Brooksville. I would guess the new qb they found is helping them almost as much.

I don't remember the exact numbers to the fence, but they have a pretty good size field.

He was worth the price of a ticket to see him play. At one time in their first game he stole the ball and made a layup in three conscecutive defensive trips.

I will be there in the top row section 18 all week long.

I really think PC took a lot of pressure off GRC's back by taking out MC for them. I think they would have won no matter who they played. Mason was in their heads more than anything. Once MC was knocked out, the cards beat down Scott and PC with no pressure. Keep it up at Rupp.

Just can't bring yourself to say it can you? It was bad sportsmanship to do that plain and simple. And yes PC did win the game but that doesn't change the fact of what happened.

Why didn't you answer my question? Did you think it was a great thing for them to do? Had Mason been ahead 20 pts as most of you all predicted, I don't imagine they would have even thought about doing that.

So you think there was nothing wrong with what they did? The PC guy trying to find someone to throw the ball to and the cheerleaders right in his face. Typical MC. About like the student section hanging over the players on the home team bench. At least PC decided not to go that route.

The fans from PC will be there. They had more fans than Mason did last night. Now the cardinal fans may stay home due to the game being a blow out and the price of gas. :lol:

It was in the last quarter when Mason was making their run. I can't believe the ref didn't make them back up. I have watched a lot of basketball over the years and have never saw anything like that.

Walsh for PC was taking the ball out in the end zone where the cheerleaders were. The Mason cheerleaders all crowded around him with their pom poms shaking in his face. One of them was to his side right in his face. At the time Mason was pressing and the ref didn't say anything to them. They were right against him, if he had moved he would have bumped them. In Masons defense Mr Hester came and talked the them after the fact and they didn't do it anymore.

That's what I have said all along but no one will admit it. They put 45 on the board when the foul was called and that was what everyone saw. The stat person for MC said he never looked at the board but my son in law has kept book from those seats on the second row and he says you can't see anything from back there.

Did you at any time during the game get who was called for a foul from the scoreboard?

I don't know why Pendleton should even bother showing up for this game.

The foul in question happened right in front of the scorers table almost. The ref was standing right there on that side of the floor at midcourt. What screwed everything up was that the scoreboard had up 45 as the player on that foul and that was wrong.

Clyde the ref didn't call a foul on 45, if you read Sumo's post. He called a push off on 4 which is what the official scorer wrote in his book. I saw the play and it was called on 4 not 45. Play resumed and they played a long time before his 5th was called. He went out of the game and they played a while longer and then at a dead ball questioned the call at that time. The official scorer had it right.

They were the only ones out there at the time. As someone else mentioned it was a push off on Prewitt not an illegal screen. I think the scoreboard is what messed everyone up on the foul and who it was on. They had 45 and not 4 on the board.

I know it won't happen, I just said if you are the visiting team you should sit on the visiting side. PC fans won't even think of sitting on the home side of the fieldhouse if Mason is playing. A few years ago PC played the first game and was on Masons home side and most got up and moved to the other side to watch the next game so Mason could have their normal seats. Mason fans don't have to worry about PC getting their seats. I just think if they are truly the visiting team then act like it and sit on the visiting team side. No home court advantage right.

I think the PC fans should get to sit on the scorers side of the gym and Mason on the visitors side if PC is the home team.

MC didn't lose any ground on PC when he was out but they didn't gain to much either. Prewitt was flopping all night when he got touched he would act like he got hit by a train. He needs to straighten up and just play ball because he is a great player. Crying to the refs only gets you into trouble.My take on the foul. I thought when it occured out by the three point line it was called on Prewitt. He and Walsh were the only two players there. Where 45 came into the picture I don't know. I know Prewitt was complaining when the call was made. Sumo I think you were right in your explanation which I just read after I started this post. The people around me said that the scoreboard had 45 posted for the foul. Maybe that is what messed everything up. The foul was called on Prewitt because no one else was around but Walsh for PC. You had it right.
