Just got back from the game and Boyle dominated all facets of the game. Lex Cath is playing a lot of young players from what I gathered from their program. Boyle QB is better than I expected, very mobile and pretty accurate. Boyle defense as good as advertised. I hope Boyle and Bell is a rematch this year.

Matt Watkins from South Laurel won the Dunk Contest and Matt Gilbert and Eric Wright teamed up to win the 3 point contest as well. Pretty good start before the tournament.

It looks as though South Laurel's offensive stats are up to date. Are you referring to defensive stats?

Clay County will need to rapidly improve its run defense from its last scrimmage where Corbin put on a clinic-- KC- 35 Clay- 28

How many touches did he get at South Laurel? What system does KC run? I do not see many Division 1 College Programs line up in 3 backs any more.. Is that the system a kid like that would help transition to the college level?

Steven Q is very fast, and the freshman back they have will be very good, but replacing Chad Merida (Both as a student and an athlete) will be very difficult.
