He did not even start until the 8th grade- The last time I looked there were not many Div I teams running the wishbone. The best situation for him is to keep getting faster and stonger, and anyone who knows him (Not the people who think they do) knows he will continue to grow into a great football player because of his great work ethic and self-motivation. :thumb:

Nike switched to a power ball toss this year for some reason, but Chad's Max is 285 lbs. and can bench 185 lbs. 24 times. He also boasts a 4.0 GPA.

Class of 2010 running back Chad Merida out of South Laurel High in Kentucky, a 5-10, 190 pounder, has posted a superb 131.28 SPARQ Rating, clocking a 4.58 40, a 4.03 shuttle, throwing the power ball 43'1" and posting a 36.5" vertical jump. These numbers are all unofficial of course, but certainly a great showing by the Bluegrass State RB and that would give him the #1 SPARQ Rating nationally if they hold up. True, I saw a form of that concerning the Baseball team a few years ago--

I wouldn't take anything from Hazard. Their front four is as good as anybody's.

I think Brad Nolan plays DL and Mark Clontz is the other starter on the OL- I think the Clontz kid is a Junior-- I'll ask around at the game tonight and find out-
