He took Ashland to 2 States Tourney's 92 and 93. Breeden in 94 lost in Regional finals to Boyd Co.

Definitely agree you are right his bread and butter at the next level is on the defensive side of the ball Kasey Clark is one of the most versatile players I've seen in the state of KY!

3high, There is one school that says if he comes he will be a strong safety and play in spots at the slot! However his strength at the D1 level is defense. Coach McGlone thinks he would be an excellent slot. I kinda trust his judgement!

You are correct he is not a D-1 RB, he is a D-1 safety, or maybe even a slot receiver. He was 1st Team All- State DB. He does not have D1 RB speed, 4.6 is the speed of most D1 strong safeties

He played in the All A Classic game vs. Paintsville last week, I would think that he would play vs. Ashland this is probably considered the game of the week in the 16th.

Coach Biggs and the Tomcats are probably the hottest team in the 16th, and they probably have the best all-around basketball player in the 16th in Drew McDavid. Ashland 70 Elliott Co. 63

Hey FBall, Preston Knowles makes anyone a good coach! Just give him the ball baby!:banana: You are right Coach Humphrey has done a nice job! Those Red Devils always stick together! I even saw Coach T.J. Maynard in the GRC crowd tonight!

Anderson Gymnasium is my all-time favorite gym! I've never seen O.J. play live ,but Knowles impressed me big time. He reminded me of current New Orleans Hornet player,and former Arkansas Razorback Jannero Pargo. Ashland IS no doubt a major contender for the 16th Region, and GRC was just that much better. They are the best H.S. team that I've seen play this season. Ashland and GRC could both very easily be at Rupp! Ashland students had the best basketball atmosphere Wow!!! They were awesome I love the Roller Coaster and the Boxing Match. Also nice touch with Brandon Webb at the half!

I believe the Coach Marty Mills is currently coaching basketball on the Shawnee State University staff. I believe they are 3rd in their conference with a legit chance to make the national tournament. I'm not sure he would want to give up that position to go coach at G.C. during all this controversy!

I love it you can't beat the quality of basketball in the Bluegrass State. Way to go Cards!! Hopefully I'll see you play at Rupp in March!!!

I couldn't agree more total class by Coach Trimble I was actually standing on the court and I heard him say to Coach Sexton "Come and cut down your piece of net you got this program started." I got chills and a little teary. I thought how nice it was of him to give her credit, she got the Rams to the regional title game I believe twice and gave a good West Carter team all they wanted. Also I was glad to see and hear a great applause for her as she climbed the ladder! Class Act Coach T and the Lady Ram staff, Now let's roar into Richmond and stay awhile!!!!

How big was the play of Brooke Keeton for the Lady Rams. She had some big baskets down the stretch and remember she is only a Freshman. With her and Vanderhoof for the next few years the Lady Rams will be a team to deal with night in and night out in the 16th Region!

First of all I was very impressed with the Queen girl from Rose Hill I new she was a good player I want to change that to great player she is UNREAL. She is way more athletic than I would have thought her to be. Nevertheless Britt is TARGETED, she built a reputation for herself when she was ejected from the 16th Regional Tournament as a freshman @ Russell, I do believe she has gotten better but I'm afraid her foul prone and T's will follow her because of her past! It just happens ref's are human and some have quicker T's than others. I thought Britt was playing extremely well until she picked up the T then she couldn't keep herself out of foul trouble. This got her out of the flow of the game. Before she fouled out she helped bring the Hill back from a 4 points down to 50-50 then she exited the game picking up another cheap one. In my opinion she had 2 cheap fouls and the T cost her badly. If the Roayals are to be really successful she has to keep her head and stay on the floor!

Congratulations to the Lady Ram seniors they have worked together and overcame alot of adversity and hopefully they can leave a lasting legacy for the Lady Ram program come Saturday. If any group of kids deserve a shot to play at Richmond it sure is these senior girls!

Yes , Brad Nahra, Robbie Turner, and the Spartans of 1998 beat Henry Clay at Sayre on senior night it was sweet I believe that Cawood Ledford was in the house to announce the seniors. Brad went on to play at Arizona St. and have a good career! Sayre was my 1st job out of college! Go Spartans they will always have a place in my heart!

Bell Co. is really good this season! When will Coach Hicks be back to take over the Musketeers?

Every class has the Roy Kidd POY award! Beaumont won in 4A, And the kid from Somerset won 1A, and I don't know who won class 3A!

Well, Rumors are everywhere Marshall, Illinois, and EKU! These 3 seem to be the big names in the mix with some MAC schools such as Miami,OH and Akron!
