They get over 90% of calls right. Not my definition of incompetency. :idunno:

That's what boggles my mind about fans complaining about officiating. For every 4-5 calls they miss there are 50 calls or no-calls they get right. That's a damn good % if you ask me.

Absolutely, and I see that as a major downside to it. However, I wonder what percentage of it's use is alerting others to police presence in those scenarios? I haven't seen any numbers, so this is just my assumption, but I'd imagine the vast majority of people using this are doing so when they spot police on the roadways. If that's the case, those who are alerted have 3 options. Make sure they're in compliance with traffic laws when they go through the area, go an alternate route, or do nothing and risk getting a ticket. Either way, the goal is accomplished.

I'm not too familiar with photography, so I apologize if this is a dumb question, but why do you need floor access to take pictures? With the cameras these days, you should be able to get great pictures from the seats I would think.

Yep. I will say, at 21 with a professional job, I wish my parents were willing to drop $700 on a new cell phone for me.

My wife just bought one about a month and a half ago. I know the cost because I paid for it. It was $300 with a 2 year contract.

I guess that begs the question, why buy one without a contract? With a contract my wife got one for $300. Seems like a $700 savings is worth it. :idunno:

2 things regarding this, assuming it's true... 1) Has he been answering calls from other coaches (Saban or Meyer)? Maybe he just shut everything down? 2) If #1 isn't the case, it kinda changes my opinion on the kid a bit. There's a right and wrong way to do things and blowing off a person who's been recruiting you as long and as hard as Stoops has isn't the right way. JMO.

Lot of chatter on the Twitterverse that it's Bama. Saw quite a few of his "Crystal Ball" predictions have changed to Bama in the last day or so as well. In addition, in the last 30 minutes the one guy I follow that I completely trust when it comes to recruiting pretty much said it's Bama. Really tough pill to swallow for the Cats if he does pick the Tide.
