I'm in agreement on the Kroger hot deli....Really good food, and a very reasonable price.

Their tacos are fantastic. Not as good as Django's but they're still great.

Not a fan of high school football at all, haven't seen either team play ever, but am really hoping Dixie can win. The annoyance level of UK#1fan is greater than anything I've ever come across before. Makes me want Simon Kenton to fail miserably at everything they do. :lol2:

I had never even heard of it until this year, and then find out it was the 10th year they've done it. I would say weather combined with the fact that they had John Michael Montgomery as the headliner contributed to the big crowd.

Yeah, we got there at like 6 pm and most places were starting to run low. The food trucks seemed to have enough for the entire night though.

Good would be a vast understatement IMO. I got a chipotle chicken taco and a braised brisket taco, and they were outstanding. The "slaw" fixings they put on them may have been the best part. Beans, corn, green chili sauce, and a few other things...Yum!

Went to the Ft. Thomas Merchants and Music festival this past Saturday and got dinner from "Texas Joe - The Legal Mexican" food truck. Tacos were outstanding. Some of the best I've ever had in this area. Anyone else ever had them?

They did the same thing about 3 weeks ago. I talked to one of the waitresses and she said mid-late August was their expected reopening. :idunno:

NKU's conference is one of the worst 3-5 in all D1....

Had Bayou Fish House for lunch on Monday and just got back from Wunderbar today. Both were very good. The homemade goettawerst was outstanding. Will definitely be going back to both places.

Hell of a show put on today by both Hawkins and Bolden. Cal had to be impressed with both.

They haven't offered him a scholarship. Xavier is the best school to offer either kid, and they've offered Bolden, not Hawkins.
