I definitely think Cooper is the only team that can compete with CovCath for the 9th region title. I am looking forward to seeing these two teams duke it out.

My idea of close is within 10. So, in your opinion Lawnboy, do you think anyone can come this close to CovCath?

I haven't seen Cooper or CovCath, but it sure sounds like CCH might have distanced themselves from Cooper right now.

100% agree with you. My son loved playing for Tim when he was the freshman coach at Scott in 2003-04.

It really shouldn't be on him to worry about stuff like this. He has to do what is best for him and what gives him the most fun. His former teammates will be fine and move on.

I will tell you why they should; because they are teenagers ranging from 14-18 and they get this chance one time in their lifetime. The KHSAA has been losing the battle on transfers as most if not all get turned over in court. I suspect before too long that transfer rules will be gone completely.

You could add names like Jeff Lamp from Ballard, Robert Miller from Central, Wesley Cox from Male, and Dirk Minniefield from Lafayette.
