The only thing I hear about JBS is the almost wins. Mason won if you didn't know. The only team with a winning record you have beat is Hazard and Bell. Hazard came back and embarrassed JBS and Bell was without there best player in Slusher. And if you don't think JBS is in trouble (internally) you must not be watching them and thier fans. Everyone I talk to is talking about the dissention among the ranks. JMHO about where they are right now. I think early in the season they were 1 or 2. Till they figure out how to play team ball in the big games they are in trouble.

JBS has not impressed me. Right now and that is what the post is (as of now) JBS just got drilled by Hazard went to OT against Buckhorn. They will lose to Breathitt. I was at the Hazard game and I see discontent amongst the JBS faithful. Players seem dissatisfied with the situation surronding the Stepp boys. When Clark was announced to get his player trophy at the all A I noticed only a few of JBS fans clapped. When any other player got his trophy every fan from JBS stood and clapped. I think the situation at JBS is about to implode and you will see a rash of transfers at seasons end.

A little suprised at the lack of posts from JBS fans.

I called this one earlier on the prediction thread. Hazard just dismantled JBS. This JBS team is not trying to play team ball. Cox played thirty minute before scoring his only basket. After every timeout play was for Clint or Clark. Clark was 4 for 18 from the field and Clint was 1 for 7 with 3 ft's and the rest of the team combined shot only 14 shots. Two can not beat a team I feel for the other kids who play hard but will not get to participate in the offense.

Hazard by 12 Stepps will hog the ball and not use thier size and talent(Collins and Cox)

In all fairness, you know how I feel about the JBS program and the leadership. But you have always been reasonable and fair. You have alot of good kids on your team and you guys have enjoyed alot of success. So I have nothing but respect for your opinion and please give me the benefit of the doubt sometomes. I know I am not objective on JBS.

Sorry Prof. I was there and Owsley couldn't make a layup in the early going and then the press shook them up. I was hoping to meet the Owls again. I hate that trip to Hazard and that old gym.

I went all the way to Hazard to watch this game and I think the difference was Micheal Campbell being in foul trouble all night. When he got his second foul and a silly technical right after the foul call(which I thought was a poor decision by the ref.) Hazard was only down 2 they went down 10 by half and in the third they were down 17. Campbell returned with 2.5 minutes to go in the third and Hazard cut the lead to 8 a couple of times but could get no closer. Hicks had 31 by my book( I could be wrong though). Big Al wasn't going down 3 times for no one.

I'll take Breathitt in a close one

How many will stick with Basketball or will they play only football. Is this the same group that competed for the 8th grade championship.

I know Coach Tiller and his family and I will vouch for his character, he cares for his kids as people more than as players. He wants to develop good men more than ballplayers. I find that comendable
