  1. THe highlighted are "bar sports". Lawn Darts would fall under the horseshoes, corn hole, lawn darts section of games. Golf doesn't fall into either of those categories.
  2. Why would I buy a 6 dollar beer when I can't (and I will want to) smoke afterwards? Maybe I'll start bringing my own (like I'm a kid again) and smoking in the bathroom................. Think they'll say "come out, but don't flush".....HAHAHA
  3. And I can understand banning it in those areas because they weren't isolated, but the isolated sections should be smoking sections.
  4. I was sitting at the bar at Friday's and a lady complained about me smoking. The fact that she was 300 pounds, loud, and I had to move every time she walked by bothered me, but I didn't mention it. If my smoking was repulsive I was glad I repulsed her out of the restaurant.
  5. That's crazy though. It's been banned in seat for a long time now. However, smoking back by the river in center field can't possibly bother anyone unless they walk out of their way to get in my smoke.
  6. Now the bathrooms will be my designated smoking area. The area behind center field being smoke free is a JOKE.
  7. He's raising a little alien baby...... Hopefully he'll teach it to dribble and shoot.
  8. I thought it was pretty lame, but I wasn't offended. It was an interesting look at discrimination. Also, it was intended as satire. The NYC banning of the famous racial slur is pretty weak IMO and South Park made it look even weaker.
  9. I did last year. My problem is that KY is middle of the pack and looking like they'll stay there.
  10. Other than Shaq what center does he not match up well with? Mourning? Well in 3 years both will be gone. There aren't many big big centers. There also aren't a whole lot of 7 footers that move like Noah. He matches up well with most centers and is a better defensive match up for the KG's, Dirk's, and Kevin Durrants' of the world, than most NBA teams have.
  11. A defensive animal that is 7 foot + and VERY athletic will have a long NBA career...... write that down. How many other 7 footers are as quick and agile as Noah?????????????
  12. Ha..... We used to take winning for granted............
  13. About saying Perry is a role player and nothing more. I've said it. That's what that was refering to. That's what your post was about, that's what I was refering to........ I blame the man that assembled the team. The man that has 2 McDonald's All Americans to turn to. That is well known. I don't blame Perry, but I don't think he should be a starter at KY. I don't blame Morris for being the sole post threat starting, or off the bench.
  14. Actually that's better than when O'dell missed assignments as a rookie and guys were not getting touched until they were 8 yards down field.
  15. I've said the same about Perry, but my problem is he's not that good. Look at the season, not 3 games. He's a decent role player.... not a VERY GOOD role player. Also, what was I sensitive about?
  16. Maybe to you, but reading this did nothing but confuse me. The team loses, which is why I am saying that Perry doing well is pointless. At the beginning of the year I was excited about Morris playing well and I thought the team had a lot of potential. My knock on "stars" is we didn't recruit enough of them.....we recruited Bobby Perry. He's played well and I've said that......they still lost. Yes a loss is negative. A win would be positive. If Perry had played great and they had won I'd say, "Perry played a great game." Take a post for what it is....... Why translate my words and give them meaning that they don't have. If Perry had 18 in both halfs it would have been a different game, but he didn't. He's not that type of player. He wasn't good enough (along with the TEAM) and they lost.
  17. I agree, but I thought he played good when he was there. Plus he could " beef up"..........
  18. O'Dell, Miller, and Brooks have all played middle and I don't think they're counting on anyone specifically.
  19. I don't think so. I think they need to improve on defense, but through experience and the draft. I thought they were better last year than the previous year, but they didn't have the high turnover ratio. If O'Dell was there the defense would have been a lot better IMO.
  20. We have a lot of youth at LB. Simmons was the "old guy" to look up to last year. Hopefully his work ethic and the attitude he brought to the game rubbed off, but it was his time to go.
  21. Both are better than Simmons and both are young enough to develop into everyday guys. We also had a better LB miss the entire season.
  22. Me again??????? No I've never said Bobby Perry was "very good" at anything. I'd say he's a solid role player...... nothing more, nothing less. He's average at a lot of things, but doesn't shine in one area.
  23. You're completley contradicting yourself. Is it a team effort or is it the Morris and Crawford show. Saying that his best effort wasn't good enough is a fact, not a put down. He played well and they lost and why are you so concerned? Are you Bobby Perry? I had no idea you were a Bengal fan BP. Honestly, a little sensitive aren't we?
