Trinity indeed runs a first class program and everyone from coaches to players to reps at the school who welcome you are first class. The one or two Trinity posters on BGP who make consistent condescending remarks are in no way indicative of the T program. Heck, I don't think LSU Rock knows he comes across as being condescending. We know that the Trinity coaches and players respect Boone and are preparing for war and that is all that matters. Boone has been up and down during the year and that is to be expected of a young team. Yes, they have some talented players and will give 110% effort. However, Boone's problem will be stopping the Trinity precision passing game. Almost certainly, Boone will start from the 20 every time they receive a kick off and be forced to play a long field. Trinity will win the field position battle. Boone must force 3 or more T turnovers and avoid any miscues IMO in order to pull the upset. I would say something in the range of 42-14 Rocks if both teams play well.

The Birds are peaking at the right time and credit goes to all of the players and staff for hanging in there during the brutal part of the schedule. Good luck next week vs. Lex Cath. Should be a great game!

The football-wise JD who attended the Ryle-Campbell game referred to Ryle's Jerrod Babik as one of the hardest hitting DB's he has ever seen in NKY. Each week bears that out if you watch Ryle games. It has been amazing watching him detonate on people. Drew Morgan's hit on the Campbell kickoff returner on their last kickoff return was awesome, too!

Mak, Here is your therapy this week. You must say to yourself 15 times each night to help you fall asleep: "Even if my beloved Breds lose to Beechwood again, I will be able to stomach this event and hope for a better outcome in the playoffs."

Last year, I picked NC twice and was wrong twice. So, NC fans, I will pick the Beechies this year. Could be a good omen? Good luck to both teams and I do think it will be a game that is decided late in the 4th quarter.

Inexperienced basketball players always put their best foot, or their best hand, forward. So, this picture is a fraud as it relates to this thread because Petie has his right foot forward, thereby revealing his true identity as a right-handed play making guard. (ED. NOTE: Petie kinda looks like a Bob-Cousy era defender with his hands out from his side.) And, Scooterbob is using only his right eye and right hand. I think this picture should be on a different thread, about top two adult right-eyed or right-footed guards under 5-foot tall anywhere in the universe.. It is upsetting to get bad visual information from a trusted and reliable prep sports forum.

Your heart sinks when you hear news like this. I will pray for these families and friends that are impacted so greatly by unexpected events like this.
