Nice job T. Not that I am real shocked but sounded like a heck of a game on T's part.

Fun to watch Mattingly throw a long bomb on the first TD (and I believe first play of the game.) Fern Creek had 7/8 players that didn't get to play because of suspension. Don't think it would have made much difference. This game counts as a win but not much more. I look forward to watching next week's game. Regardless good job X on the win.

For those of you who said you don't want to hear about the education excuse. Sorry but colleges are educational institutions! I get some people only go to college just for the athletics. To me that is their problem not mine. Some athletes have a notion they are owed something. Sorry Mr or Miss athlete nobody owes you crap. Get an education, play your sport and move on!

I am with you RP. I can see it now. They start by saying ok...everyone gets "$35" each. Star player gets mad because he thinks he should get $60 because he is a better player. Then Offensive lineman ask for more money because he protects the star player. Then defense guy gets mad because he keeps opponents from scoring and yada, yada, yada, yada!!!!! It would open up a can of worms like you wouldn't believe. Then the next you know we will have high school athletes asking for money!

I would agree. I have also followed Trinity since the end of the 70's early 80's. The 84 squad had some very good players (like many other Trinity teams over the years) but many understand that Trinity teams of recent and today are unlike most teams in its 50 plus years history.
