UC's Opponent Halftime Spread is the biggest lock in sports, especially when UC is playing at home. I'm telling you, it hits every single game. Last night OK State was +6 at halftime before the game.

Yeah, I agree with you. I'm thinking you may have misread my post. I didn't say he had a bad turnover game, just that he usually has a real bad turnover or two a game. Just so happens, this one was late when it really mattered.

I'd be thrilled to never have to listen to Jay Williams and whomever his colleague was again. Almost felt bad for Jay Williams cause dude kept belaboring the Caitlin Clarke point and seemed like Jay was trying to get off it. I have mixed feelings on Jay Williams as a commentator. Like him more when he isn't calling a gsme.

I get what you're saying but the analytics have to be way higher on chance to win by missing that shot when it's taken with 12 seconds and missed vs taken with 7 seconds and missed. You take that with 7 seconds, by the time it's potentially rebounded by the opponent and a foul, you're hoping for 4-5 seconds at best. I think you can probably argue either way and point at many examples on both sides. But if he misses, you're gonna want those 5 seconds back. For me, seems odds are higher you're missing whatever scoring opportunity more than making it, so going earlier extends the game and gives you more opportunity.

When you're losing, you gotta go that early in case you miss. If the game was tied, then you wait.

They said he was a 40% three point shooter. Just looked it up, 37.5% on the season 18/48.

Besides just losing being enough suck, this was my only miss on a 7 leg parlay, +2352 after a boost. I only had a few bucks on it but if only UK wins, I win $100. Makes it sting more knowing they blew a 15 point lead and knowing they lost on a damn broken play.

Sparked the big run when he came in at the under 4 TO in the 1H. And then when they nailed those first 2 threes in the 2H, I was pumped and it all came crashing down and quick.

He's good for one really bad turnover a game. That was it. He's kinda like Dilly, gives us so much good but gotta deal with a really frustrating turnover or two at times.

They sure were touchy, both ways at least. They have gotta figure out something on these goaltending calls that they can review. They are calling goaltending that aren't even close, probably cause they know they can review it but I'm not for what it takes away when you blow that whistle quicker than you used to.

It's unfortunately really fair questions to ask. Sort of glad they have to follow-up Saturday with another road game. Hopefully get another solid performance and we can all feel a little bit better about the momentum of things truly.
