  1. @DragonFire I thought you might find this tweet interesting. Probably doesn't factor in free throws though.
  2. Won't be able to watch tonight, heading to Rupp to watch the Cats. Then tomorrow night we are taking the little guy to Disney on Ice. Probably won't be until Friday for me.
  3. Haha I remember that guy. Pretty good comparison.
  4. Going to have a hard time keeping them out of at least my Sweet 16 once the brackets are released.
  5. I wonder how realistic it would be that someone like Steph Curry breaks it and I'm too lazy to look into the data to find out.
  6. Lebron would be proud. In all seriousness, she's a phenomenal basketball player.
  7. Congrats to everyone heckuva player!
  8. Got the itch. Heading back Wednesday and sitting in the nose bleeds this time. Let's go Cats!
  9. Absolutely praising him and yes, I've acknowledged numerous times that the defense sucks. I genuinely don't understand how someone can look at this game in particular, how cohesive this team plays, and how hard his players consistently play this year and not think he deserves credit. Cal even has this team punching back, where you can't think they can win any game. Arkansas and Miss St probably played their best games of the year and in the end, it didn't matter late and they defended when it mattered.
  10. Must win for MJ. Need one more SEC win to hit my Over 11.5 SEC Wins bet.
  11. I am also so glad that Calipari didn't quit on Edwards like many in the fanbase wanted. He came up big down the stretch yesterday. I think tomorrow is also a great example why you don't play with the starting lineup for chemistry and confidence purposes. Wagner was huge yesterday, especially early. This team really is fun. No matter how it finishes, it was nice to thoroughly enjoy watching the Cats this year.
  12. Cal should receive a lot of credit for that game. Seemed like he outcoached another guy that people have put on a list to replace him. Team goes down 9 late and no panic. Scored on several OOB plays and coming out of timeouts. Inserting Edwards late and leaving Reeves on the bench since the freshmen were rolling. Finding the high pick and roll with Dillingham/Big Z (just wait til teams start collapsing and Sheppard, Reaves and dare I say Edwards and Wagner) are wide open on the perimeter. And throughout the whole season, this team always plays hard. Definitely wish they played better defense but you can never question their effort, nor how much they love playing with/for each other. Bradshaw's post game quote about the other bigs is a perfect example. This is a testament to the individual characters but also largely due to their leader, Coach Cal. Really don't know how anyone look at this team and thinks Kentucky would be better off with someone else.
  13. Such a fun game to be at but man I was sweating. The free throw shooting in this game was immaculate.
  14. Oh man, I can think of a lot of fans in another fanbase that would be furious if he was Louisville's next coach haha! I bet the NBA a lot and had no clue that he was coaching the Bulls.
  15. And how much are they paying Kenny Payne when they fire him?
  16. It seems like it is a more diverse cast than recent seasons, and I mean that by personality. Not as many dork super fans.
  17. Sounds like this result was better for Kentucky's chances at the double bye in the SEC Tourney.
  18. I was curious about that myself and looked it up yesterday. What I read was in 2019 they changed it to what Jumper Dad is saying.
  19. Just for the record, my sarcasm isn't remotely directed towards you regarding the lack of ever giving Cal credit for anything.
  20. Calipari definitely didn't have anything to do with the Cats getting up 6 with a minute to go and its absurd to suggest so (insert whatever sarcastic emoji we have).
  21. We've learned how to win without playing good defense haha! I just saw that Kentucky is 25th in defensive efficiency in their last five games, which includes Auburn and Bama.
  22. I've been barking up that tree. Ball watching, which he got caught really bad in the 1st half on and his 1-2 really just awful turnovers a game, which unfortunately one seems to come at the worst times. He had a pretty bad one in the first half too. But I'll take the bad for all the good he brings. I shook my head when he threw it late too. Was like, "welp, there it was".
