What I had heard was that Jackson's mom worked at Toyota and was on medical leave for something like two years. Also, the Jackson family is from the Lexington area, Central Ky. area so there could be more reasons for such a move. I have not heard that either of the two kids are enrolled yet, but will let you know if I hear anything.

Kids like to play on good teams with other good players. Sorry if that hurts your feelings. SC is a Lexington school? You think SC got the dad a job in Lexington? :lol: It's all a big conspiracy. SC got the company to close down in Ashland so the kid could move to SC. Brilliant!

You never cease to amaze me. I think if you think there are improprieties going on you need to report it to the KHSAA. Is this just a "hunch" or is there something you know? Who says the "original" kids arent up to par? This team would still be quite good without any kids from Rose Hill next year. Just because a kid doesnt find your schools good enough to transfer into, doesnt mean you need to make false accusations about some other school systems. Where do you think the kid should be going to school since you have it all figured out?

Please explain about the "job market" in Scott Co. I'd love to hear this...

I believe Jones has been hired, it just hasnt become "official" yet.

Why? I'd say it would be a lot easier to teach Slone to be an above average defender than to get Arrez to become an above average offensive player.

Nobody has said that Slone would ever contribute before his junior year. I think he will be lucky to contribute at all. I cant try to tell you guys anything though. You read what you want to read and twist it how you want to twist it.

You obviously havent read that thread very thoroughly. Nobody has said Arrez should not be a walk-on at UK.

Yeah, same here. That is why I said if he wants to. You never know though. I believe the kids first love was basketball. I suppose it depends on what kind of offers he can get for each.

Zachery has the overall game to play at just about any level below D1. I have no doubt in my mind he could end up at some NAIA school to play basketball if he wants to.

Where did Tackett finish his college career? Still hard to believe UK didnt recruit VanHoose.

Definitely not ready right now. You'd like to see it in a couple of years, but thats hard to judge without knowing the next few recruiting classes. :thumb:

Here is one thing about Henderson's ability to play on the ball defense on Slone. Henderson never helped off at any time. He never got in help side or anything. No help whatsoever. When you basically face guard the guy all over the floor, it is easier to stay with him and never get lost on D. He isnt going to see much of that at the D1 level. He is never going to be the focal point of a defense again. That being said, I think most folks realize he cant contribute right away. It would be nice to see him step into a Cameron Mills role his junior or senior year, but with the type of players that BCG will hopefully get we may never see that day. Congrats to Slone and good luck.

I'm sure it didnt help any when all they gained was Hicks son Tyler. I believe Greisser and Hundley worked with the big guys for the most part, but any time you lose a coach that worked at the college level and one that played at the college level it cant necessarily make anything better for the program.

Maybe Harlan Co. I doubt the Bell job would be opening up very soon. I know Morris has had a tendency to move around, but I think he will stick around a while now. The Middlesboro job could definitely become available soon, though. I dont know if Jones will stick around much longer over there.
