At Marshall Stadium the teams enter through different gates at each end the stadium Ballard was on Trinity’s side in the end zone that Trinity comes out of literally 5 feet from the Rock team. I too can let most stuff pass PepRock, but last night was so over the top that I had to speak out. That plus my utter dislike for Ballard in general.

They did not enter the stadium on their side of the field. They gathered in the end zone directly behind Trinity’s team. Looked like they were taunting the Trinity players. Put the banner they run through directly next to Trinity’s. Never seen anything like that.

Hard to fathom what Ballard’s coaches were thinking for condoning that garbage, but then again it is Ballard.

Yes Trinity does not play Male or X this week. Yes Trinity must beat Ballard this week. Yes the road is harder for Male or X. All of that does not change my opinion (from reading MANY posts on this site) that the majority have written the Rocks off and expect Male or X to win the title. That was my point.

Well I keep reading on this site that the title is going to Male or St. X.

I think we have owned it just fine. Haven't seen any Rock fans saying we were the better team but still lost blah blah blah. People have been asking questions about what is up and we answer. Some will call that stating facts and the haters will say that is making excuses. And I do believe it has been quite a few years since Trinity dressed 100 players.

Yes. Some seem to think the sky is falling now. I'm not too worried about it. As far as end result, well, it could go either way. I don't like to see the Rocks lose but I don't expect to win every game every year either. I really like this team and feel they will see their share of success. Might be this year, might be further down the road.

It was a young team to start with that has been gutted by injuries. I was told we started 6 sophs on defense against Male. I haven't given up on them.

I picked T/Moe. Any talk of chinks in Trinity's armor is wishful thinking regardless of the win/loss record. This schedule is tough to say the least. The time to play the Rocks is early, as the youngsters will only get better. Hopefully the injuries will not hamper their progress.

I could be wrong but I think one reason Trinity has had the opportunity to play on ESPN a couple times is the ease they have setting up at Marshall Stadium.

Yes then payback to Male and X in the playoffs. That one was sweet, but we digress. Gonna be tough tomorrow. A win would be huge for the Rocks. This will be the best team we see this year. Hope we can contain all their athletes.

Polls really don't matter. A Brohm led team started out 0-4 one year and still won the state title. This team has many young players. They will improve as the season goes on as all Beatty teams do. Rocks play the best to be the best. Losing to some great out of state teams is not a bad thing.

Indy paper has it 20-17 Carmel CJ has 2 people picking now:17-14 Rocks and 28-21 Rocks. Should be a good game. I like our chances in this one much more than against Warren Central.

Depends on the sophomore class. From what I have heard they are a very special group. Could make this year's team as good and probably better than last if they progress as expected. Time will tell.
