Sounds as if CCH dodged a bullet again. I’m hearing rumblings across the river that Emmett Queen is Backup to the Frosh QB. Heard daddy is crazy, crazy mad and they moved the fam and other kids to bank on Emmett being a premier Elder QB with supposed SEC offers. CCH will be just fine, not worth that nonsense.

Totally agree with this. My kids went to different private schools but when we were looking at public options in NKY, Beechwood and Highlands were the main 2 we were considering. Not sure why anyone would question someone wanting their kids at Beechwood? They are much more than just athletics.

CCH’s Charlie Dieruf commits to Miami University. Great school, they’ve been getting some cch boys in several sports lately.

I’m also interested in how the summer went. Haven’t heard much about Hussey, who/where did he play this summer? Or was he focusing on Tennis? Glad the Harney situation should be figured out by hoops season.

I'm excited to see Chase Flaherty on the field this year. I heard he was playing travel baseball all summer, wondering if he's still pitching or if he's in football-mode yet? Those are definitely 2 sports that are hard to play together at a high level now a days. Which is his main sport?

I don't get it, if he was cleared because of Religious beliefs to switch to a Catholic school, what kind of information could be in an "Anonymous" letter that could rule him in-eligible? He did go to a CCH "feeder school" for a few years in the past until he transferred as a tuition student at Beechwood. Would he now have to go to his home public school to be deemed eligible?
