I was about to ask the same thing,I’m taking the Graves county eagles in this one.

My first thought was how do you hire someone after looking at that resume.

I agree besides the Mayfield game we’ve only seen flashes of what Tilghman can do. They looked to be a top three team in the sate against Mayfield, the rest of the games have left me screaming what is going on while watching. One thing I will say is the defense seemed to be playing better, Franklin Simpson only scored one touchdown on the defense.

He went down at the beginning of last weeks game,not sure what happened but he’s got a boot on.

I think he’s got a couple more weeks, we are pretty bruised up on defense with 3 starters out on the D-line and linebacker area. I think this week will be a bounce back and by the end of the season they should be firing on all cylinders. (Or at least that’s what I’m hoping for) Last weeks game reminded me of the semi finals loss to Cov Cath in 2023 were everything that could go wrong went wrong and lots of dropped balls mixed with penalty’s and turnovers. That game ended up being a big wake up call for them and I’m hoping last weeks will do the same.

Weirdest game by far from the play calling to the dropped balls. Like you said they did what was needed to be done. I would like to blame this on my injuries. That’s not the case though when our Oline still held up and d-line held one of the top running backs in the state to minimum yards.

I personally think Mayfield will be alright and are definitely contenders for 2A.

Two of those interceptions were good passes but tipped by the receiver.

Got to get the thread going and people talking some how! I’m still picking PT by 2 touchdowns, mistakes and penalties could make this game a lot closer or flip the other way. I expect a really good game though.

52-50-10 after Friday lol ??? I agree this will be a pretty evenly match game and rain could make for a good in the trenches game. I’m picking Tilghman by 2-3 touchdowns!

I asked myself if we were holding back all night. Playmaker’s not getting the ball, lack of excitement all night, it’s for sure a different team than we are used to seeing even from last week. McCracken is definitely better then Graves right now in my opinion though.

They made all their initial blocks, it was just some players not finishing through which is unusual for Murray. Murray has a good coach though and I’m sure that didn’t go unnoticed and is a easy fix.

I noticed one problem with the Murray OL not blocking till the whistle blows and standing around after getting the initial block. That should be an easy fix but it did cost them what could have been several big plays. Besides that Murray looked good, I’ll take them in a close game.

Didn’t get to make it last night but the score was 21-0 over Hopkinsville and 34-0 over NorthEast Clarksville. Lots of different players got reps in at several positions.

I 100% agree with all of this.

Digital discount cards seems to be the go to nowadays. Lots of people prefer the old school discount cards. One of the biggest complaints I see is they purchase the digital version and never use it!
