I am so glad to hear someone say this, The commitment levels for success from the Cleveland Browns and the commitment from the New England Patriots might indeed be a reason for his change in success. (just like school A or School B) Some coaches maximize all that can be done at one school. Second thought it is possible that Belicheck improved his game as he matured, but sill became the GOAT.

If Hopkinsville has an interim head coach, and they are consolidating in one year, then why is this job even posted? If they bring in a head coach for the consolidated job and tell him he must hire this guy to be the OC and that guy to be the DC then many BIG TIME coaches would not take the job.

Will Barnes does not leave Caldwell County.

How could working for a guy with 20 years of head coaching experience be a slap in the face?

The majority (vast) already know who they are hiring and are simply waisting everyones time. It would really be interesting if a program would open a position with no front runner and give all applicants a fare shake. We might not have a post on here about how many coaches are leaving the profession a few weeks ago.

I agree, was just mentioning if he was getting back into coaching in WKY he only has 2 options at this point.

The only jobs open in WKY are Hopkinsville and Mayfield.

I have to agree with Chief, whoever gets the job needs the support and an equal opportunity to do the job at hand. If people/coaches work to progress and become better each day, does it matter what shirt they wore when they were 16? Did Nick Saban wear an Alabama T-shirt when he was 16?

The position has never been posted on the KHSAA website. The only way anyone across the state would know the position is available is by reading this site. The school not posting the job on the KHSAA makes me wonder if they already have their candidate in mind?

Coach Adler does a super job, however the Tigers will get a convincing W.

Champion has done a great job with the Lakers.

The grass may not always be greener. Trigg may not indeed be the job that people think that it is, pretty sure they have only won 3 region titles with the last one in 1989. Good Luck to Coach Ezell.
