I would hope so. Fr/JV don’t need for various reasons. The biggest being that the Varsity coach isn’t going to want future players to play stall ball.

I think the easiest answer is having a ref do it. Go back to 2 person crews with the 3rd running the clock OR remain at 3 person crews and have Frosh/JV ref run clock.

I’m pretty sure it was one AD/Administrator who was THE driving force behind the expansion to 6 classes. IIRC he was from Somerset?
