The Reds go to the Rocky Mountains for a 3-game set with the Rockies. The Reds enter the series after winning 2 straight series and playing well in their last 20 games or so. They are currently only 2 games back in the Wild Card race in the National League. There will be lots of excitement around the team this week with the Reds bringing up Matt McLain tonight and breaking out the new City Connect jerseys on Friday night against the Yankees. Tonight (8:40)- Hunter Greene vs Connor Seabold

Agree with both of these, but I think City Connect jerseys are more about MLB jersey sales than butts in the seats. With that said, more wins sells more jerseys too.

Bell struggles with his sound bites for sure.

Bummer not to pull off the sweep, especially in such a well pitched game by Weaver, but keep taking 2 of 3 and you will be in the hunt when it matters.

A few on here speculated about Lodolo and injuries when he got hit around in some starts. That’s confirmed today with him going to the IL.

I hope so. I know they’ve had some changeover and going to a tough conference but I just read that they’re O/U on wins is 4.5. That’s crazy to me.

That’s a real bad loss. You can’t be up 3 against a team like that with Greene cruising like he was and implode over a couple of innings to lose.
