Hoping so. Setup to observe again tonight, beer in hand and all.

I caught a couple pictures. It was vibrant for about ten minutes, between 10:10 and 10:20pm tonight.

Wicked.

Very overrated as far as all the hubbub and build up. This falls into the "Meh, cool if I'm around but not going out of my way" category for me. Very anticlimactic.

What I meant moreso was that Cal wasn't willing to adjust with NIL in conjuction with the open transferring. He could never build an experienced roster because he was still too focused on doing it his way.

It was time. Cal had a good run. It's clear he wasn't willing to adjust to the NIL, transfer at will, and building experience on a roster. I'm happy for the time he gave us, but the collegiate game has changed. It's time to focus on someone who can bring that change to Lexington.

I fear that the eclipse will be too much for UConn to overcome. I'm picking Purdue, in totality.

Clouds clearing out in the Cincinnati area. This is the view from Ohio looking across the Ohio River to the west into God's country.

Very impressive, indeed. A couple of their previous tournament runs they had to earn every possession in nearly every game. These last couple years they have been curb stomping teams. They'd have to have multiple things go wrong to lose at this point.

That was a big time basketball game. Each team had their moments. Cormac Ryan was on fire for a moment but Oates made adjustments (I think it was Sears who locked Ryan down) and I don't think Ryan got another shot off after the 3 he made very early in the second half. I personally was pleased when Bacot missed a point blank dunk. It was lightly contested but still missed. No real reason why, but I just have an extreme disliking for Bacot. Grant Nelson, dude straight up balled it out down the stretch for Bama.

But it's been entertaining for sure!

Ryan for UNC has been excellent too. I think he has 6 3's. The Tide are just keying on him though.

Bacot sits with his 3rd foul early in the half. 59 all at the under 12.

55-52 at the under 16 in the 2nd. Tide with 5 quick fouls during that 4 minute stanza. Heels will be in the bonus before you know it.

Take a breath. 54-46 Heels at the half.

This has been the most entertaining 4 minutes of the tournament. Both teams just delivering heavyweight blows at each other. 44-43 Tide at the under 4 in the first half.

It's a ball game. 32-31 Tide at the under 8 in the first half. I think first to 90 gets the W.

That's more than likely the case. I can't keep up with the turnover anymore.
