I caught a couple pictures. It was vibrant for about ten minutes,  between 10:10 and 10:20pm tonight.

This is the result of a major solar storm from the sun that has created a geomagnetic storm here on Earth. Should continue through the weekend.

Side note: I was so ecstatic to see this last night as this was the first time I've ever seen the northern lights. My boys and my wife did not share the same excitement. I guess it's all about the little things for me.

But that looks like a confusing road to drive on.  LOL
