The Jackson kid that transferred from Frankfort I heard was a beast. My friend also told me that McClear that transferred in from Catholic didn't do much. He said Danville played with Woodford the first half then the size bothered Danville. He also said once Woodford gets all the football players playing they are going to be a tough out for anybody they play. Half of Woodford County players are all transfers. He said Danville has a high ceiling but they got to have another scorer to play with Dontae Hayden. Hayden struggled shooting the ball and it hurt Danville's scoring. Bryant has to be a scorer this year for them to be a solid team and to compete in the 45th district. Also, He said his favorite player on either team was Jalen Dunn. Said he plays bigger than his size. Danville must have a freshman that caught his eye but didn't know his name. About 6'4 and athletic. Needs to get bigger but has some serious potential.

Owen Barnes from Boyle County is out for the season with a torn ACL. Pulaski County getting tranfer Gavin Stevens from Somerset will make PC a whole lot better.

MC will be back in the hunt again next year. Hensley is just a Sophomore and one of their other best player got hurt early in the season is also just a Sophomore. I think he name was Harge.

South Warren plays defense like Boyle County, and we know how that went for Frederick Douglass. I'm going with South Warren by 2 TDs.

I think Franklin County not having a QB that can stretch the field really hurt them. Last year Broyles did that for Franklin County. Johnson Central defense was bend but not break all night.

How many titles does Mayfield have when they have been in 2A? They won almost all there titles in 1A. Go back down and beat on the little schools.

I hope Coach Clevenger gets that job back. I know the community, parents, ex players and alumni all want him back. I've seen a few post of parents of upcoming players that they want Coach Clevenger back. Danville better make it happen if it comes open or I could see a few kids going to Boyle County and playing for Coach Haddix.

I agree, I think Johnson Central would be the only team that might have success running on Boyle County just because they have a huge line. Boyle will have a running clock again in the playoffs. 4 games 4 running clocks.

Poor Corbin. Sad part is Justin Haddix aint coming back. The best thing Corbin had they ran off. I'm sure you Corbin fans can watch Boyle County on teamprep1 next week. Haddix will show you how to play defense and score points!

I'm so happy for Coach Dennis Johnson, he has taken some beating during his time at Woodford County, the Administration let him build there when things wasn't going right now look. Let's go Woodford bring it home.

That dont mean nothing. LCA has been in the same District with Danville for a long time now. Somerset, Danville and LCA will always battle it out. LCA just has an outstanding Senior class this year. I think it will even out in a couple of years. Not many classes got 5 to 6 D1 kids in it like LCA does this year.

They got 4 good players coming back that I know of. Qusinberry, Adams, Baker and Sula.

I don't think Clevenger would touch this job. Parents in the community of Danville and players all want Clevenger back being the head coach at Danville. I've seen so many bad post on social media about Coach Peach from players parents, I wouldn't be surprised if he's gone next year. With the new administration at Danville, I could see him being the head man again. And Danville will be back in the hunt in 2 years for a championship. I don't think Garrard County will ever be championship caliber.

Garrard county hasn't been to the regional tournament in a long time and they forced Ryan Young out, which I thought did a great job there. How long will they give Cooper if he dont get them to the regional tournament?
