I thought it was odd as well. Rowan County is not the school I would expect to hire someone with no coaching experience. I’m sure they had plenty of of applicants. Looking up his name I see he was a great player. DIII Second Team All-State for Ironton, OH in 2010. I don’t see any coaching experience at the high school level. It does look he is a trainer and started this Facebook page in March. Kyndall Johnson finished her freshman year at Bracken County with 49 hits, a .510 batting average, 17 doubles, nine home runs, and 18 walks. She missed five games in the regular season due to playing with Team USA's 15U National Team in Mexico in the Pan-Am Championship. She is currently playing in Italy for the World Cup title. This week they beat Mexico 7-0, lost to Japan 2-3, lost to Puerto Rico 0-4, and beat Mexico 4-0. Sorry, I had to rant about the poor field conditions. But this is a different Bracken County program that most people know from 2005-2015, and they deserve better. Here is the offensive lineup: LT - Kyler Burton LG -Landon Gray C - Landynn Combs RG - Harvey Napier RT -Jackson Whitten QB- Greg Benedict RB1 - Daulton Tarter Rb2- Lucas McKinney Wide Receivers - Andrew Kirk, Ryland Tucker, Jordan Bravard. Losing Caleb Emery on the offensive line really hurts, back I think they will be fine adding Jackson Whitten there.

School maintenance only mows the grass for both fields. The problem with the football field is that it needs to be re-graded and drained while baseball does not have that issue (besides left field). School maintenance can’t regrade land.

Yes it is. But left field is falling over the hill. It has the same crown problem as the football field. It also only has 300 foot fences.
