Essentially a prep league down in Atlanta. Attracts many of the best high school players in the country year and year out. About 8-10 teams that play a league type schedule. Have access to college like facilities and schooling. Some notable alumni are the Thompson twins, Alex Sarr, Somto Cyril, Rob Dillingham. Started from the viral videos and edits Overtime used to make of hoopers.

He announced he was transferring to Pennsylvania last year but changed his mind.

I have spoke to both Coach Snapp and also the guardians of Turner, both telling me that they have no clue why people are saying that Snapp confirmed Turner will be at OTE or a prep next year. OTE is an opportunity for young men like Turner to grow their social media and also play against some of the best players in high school basketball. Turners camp ensured me that Newport is still an option for next year. Until Turner puts it out on his socials, I would just consider all news, fake news. I know the picture he put of himself wearing a RWE jersey was put out today but this does not warrant that he in FACT is going to OTE.

There are very credible people in journalism in Cincy/nky stating that he has transferred. I'm sharing the message....

I am not doubting that there are credible journalists in the area but I am not sure they're more credible than the guardians of the young man. 

So who are the guardians of the young man? The sources are getting their info from someone. It’s Newport basketball not LeBron to Miami.
