Madison Central Indian and former Mason County Royal Jake Feldhaus has committed to the Thundering Herd.

He committed just a day after getting an offer?

He has not committed.  He just got an offer.

Thanks, Pops!

Congratulations to Feldhaus.  He had a great, great season last season.  Really turned the MC program around.

Does anyone know if he plans on playing golf any longer?

When he was younger, he came to a QB workout. Very good. When I got to Maysville, people told me his Dad, Deron, was a great HS football player. His granddad was the legendary Coach Allen Feldhaus of the Royals. Great guy and always enjoyed visiting him at Kenton Station Golf Course.

While acknowledging I am a D3 Scout Team QB, I still think he could be an excellent TE in college. If he had continued playing QB... who knows what he would have done. But, I think he was gonna be really good.
