The QB for Campbellsville is tough. He'd rather run over you than around you. NewCath trying to get to him before he gets a head of steam. NewCath has been very balanced in the first half. Great game so far. 14 - 14 at the half.

There are teams with kickers who are hurt that would snatch McPherson up if he is placed on the practice squad. You have to let him work it out and maybe bring someone in to training camp to compete next year.

I guess it depends on how you define successful. Some say the only success is a state title. Is losing in the 3rd or 4th round that much better than losing in round 2? New Cath was the better team. If they lose next week I believe their season was successful. I also believe Brossart had a successful season.

I think more importantly than which Brossart team shows up, it's can they stop the run. Ludlow rolled up 300+ yards on the ground. If NewCath decides to go run heavy, can Brossart stop them? Brossart is fairly balanced on offense. Mandel is a good player. Whichever team can impose their will on the ground will win. I give the nod to NewCath - 27 - 17

It's been a while but they have played before. It was back in the dark 2A days and it was one sided to say the least. I'm sure both sides are well aware.

I would chip or double Carter every pass play. Make someone else beat you... which is possible because the Buckeye's O line isn't good. USC ran for almost 200 yards against Penn St. Can OSU get a running game going? That will go a long way in deciding this one.
