  1. The NFL and their warnings last week set this whole scenario up. :irked:
  2. So what's your point? Big Ben can take care of himself. The Steelers stock and trade is going after knees. And they get rewarded for it. Remember Palmer, don't give me a pat answer. I was at that game. Boo hoo poor Big Ben.
  3. Don't be so serious, a little conspiracy theory lightens up a really dreary Sunday in Bengal country. Didn't mean to hijack the thread. Just got really tiresome reading the "sheer curtain" comments.
  4. But it didn't did it? Just saying there is way too much money to be made on sports games and I have my doubts much of it isn't cut and dried before the ink is dry on the ticket. May have some twists and turns for wins just to keep the fans interested. Yeah, I have always been a Bengal fan but it doesn't make or break my life. Go ahead and keep those rosy glasses on when it comes to any professional sports.
  5. My wine has gotten better with time. Look, I am just being realistic, I'm just glad when we make the playoffs. Because the powers that be make sure we get no farther. I was at the Palmer playoff game and watched the Steelers sideline players and coaches celebrating, made me nauseous and the NFL did nothing. So last night's loss was of no consequence in my life. The Brown family doesn't like to waste their money on postseason games and I don't waste mine on season tickets. . The almighty dollar rules with them.
  6. I've been watching the NFL longer than most of you are old, and never say Steelers and class in the same sentence. Last night was ugly but the Bengals will clean up their own act. The real problem is, the Steelers and the NFL hierarchy think they played with class and don't have a problem. Well folks, the Steelers have been NFL darlings and the Bengal's not worthy since before Paul Brown passed the leaving Cleveland city limits sign. Sorry Bengal fans, you'll never get any favors or fair calls from the NFL. Not being a sore loser, just the facts of life.
  7. I'm not judging, profiling, persecuting, demeaning or being racist, when I say no one comes in until we know Who, What, Where, When, Why. Our first priority is to the safety of American citizens. And that's not what is happening now.
  8. A loss to the Mustangs at home would definitely not be a confidence builder. However, Camels are all healthy and playing team ball and a rivalry win against a district opponent could give them that hunger and determination to up their game and pick up a signature win in the Turner Classic.
  9. Willie Cauley-Stein, because they need a team leader and he would not back down on calling them out for their lazy play and sloppy ball handling. And he would have them in the gym without Coach Cal to improve their game on their own time also. With the exception of Ullis, they all have an attitude that is of superiority, when there is nothing about their game that is superior.

  11. You definitely do, however long it's been installed. Sooner rather than later.
  12. Yes, BB's game Saturday night, without insulting the young men who are working hard and trying to become more experienced and each one's talents developed by the staff from Robertson County, will require a less than rested BB team.
  13. Camels healthy and hitting on all cylinders will win this one by 10 or more. Also, how much will this emotional rivalry game take out of BB night before All A game on Saturday night?
  14. Did my own for nothing, also took back off dryer and cleaned that too. It was scary how much flammable material built up in back of dryer and how much quicker clothes dry. If you're hiring it done, will pay for itself. After seeing what a fire hazard it was, I will do this at least once a year.
  15. Yeah! And if wishes were horses, beggars would ride.
  16. No, the first thing this team needs is an attitude adjustment. Big time. Just because you have a jersey that says Kentucky, doesn't mean you don't need to earn the right to wear it. Get your butts in the gym and don't leave until you clean up your game, if that is possible. And no they surely do not expect to be one and done with this attitude. Gonna be a long winter.:sarcastic:
  17. When you play a team with everyone healthy, it's a better gauge of how well your team executes their game plan.
  18. You know what? I'm really getting tired of your destructive criticism. True they did not hit their free throws but this team plays with a lot of heart. You don't even know these kids and I guess you hear a lot by internet or radio. Maybe you should come to a few of their games.
  19. If your ice machine is like mine, you can customize how cold to make it as your pain and swelling leave. Sounds like you have done really well and good to hear it.
  20. That statement encompasses a whole lot of hardwood area, and the first word of your statement is key, " Assuming ". He is very good and works hard but it puts a lot of pressure on a young man who has a lot of games left, and it's disrespectful to the quality of play and records set by those three players. And yes, I've seen the young man play many times, from the beginning.
