Adstimes10 keeps on bringing up speed, speed, speed, any team would look fast against the teams they played. Danville got about 3 kids that can fly and thats it.

Any team will look fast against Larue, Green, a beat up Campbellsville, Middlesboro, Somerset(without Doan) who is faster than any Danville player, Leslie, East Ridge etc. That schedule is a joke compared to NCC. This game could get ugly for Danville.

Boyle didn't have a lot of TEAM Speed either. We all know how that went. Enough with the speed crap, a good coached team will neglect speed.

Newport Central Catholic wins this game. They played a brutal schedule this year. Has NCC played a team with speed like Danville? This Boyle team didnt have near the talent of the 2000 Boyle team. I would give them a healthy Josiah and even add Rees Macshera to the team and 2000 squad would win by 40. This team wasnt all that talented except Josiah, Cox, Swanner and Roney. Also Boyle's line was the weakest link this year, seemed like a lot of times when they was playing good teams, he was running for his life when back to pass, he didnt get much protection from his line which lead to him getting injured.

I can almost GUARANTEE it will not be a running clock Friday night. You guys do know if it wasn't for that long TD run before half on 3rd and 30, it was gonna be 14/0 at halftime. It could of been close but we didn't get in from the 1 yard line early in the second quarter. We did move the ball on Danville all night, but costly turnovers and bad punts hurt us. Danville corners are very suspect, and they play 10 yards off the receivers which I'm sure our offensive Coordinator knows that, because late in the game we exposed them a little. That game was much closer than the scoreboard showed, it just kinda snowballed on us at the end. This will be a better game, I can promise you that, LCA has been wanting this rematch since the last time we played, they felt like they didnt play well. This is gonna be a PHYSICAL war, and to be honest I think LCA is the more physical team.
