  1. And we will see how good Danville's Run defense really is Friday night. WHEATLEY will get his, best believe it!!
  2. Like I said, Danville will NOT stop Wheatley, and the Danville secondary will not be able to stop LCA passing attack. Going back to the Somerset vs LCA game, Doan playing or not I still think LCA wins. Friday night will be " I told you so" after the game. The Ads will not slow LCA down, and LCA will be district Champions.
  3. Yeah and Somerset had there best player on the sidelines hurt.
  4. Wheatley is a bruiser 6'2 about 230, I dont know what highlights you watched, because he will run over you or by you. Watching some of Danville's highlights I think teams that can mix it up with the run and pass can beat Danville, if you just rely on the run you will have some problems, but I still don't see them stopping Wheatley either way!
  5. Another thing, Danville has not really played a spread team besides Boyle, and we all know how that ended. I think Danville secondary will get exposed big time Friday night.
  6. Running Clock. If I was BC, I would play the starters 3 full quarters regardless of the score. They need reps for playoff time!
  7. Mark it down now, when its all said and done the Boyle County Rebels will be playing for the State Championship. But as for now I would have Belfry at #1. After Belfry I would have these teams in this order. Boyle, Central, Catholic, Caldwell and then Corbin.
  8. Looking at Danville's schedule, they haven't really beat anyone good except Corbin. I think they might be a little overrated, and getting too much hype.
  9. LCA has more options than Wheatley. I've watched Danville play three times and the front seven is good, but I've seen some weakness in the secondary. I'm sure LCA coach knows how to attack, and where there weakness is. I think Wheatley will get 150+ on the ground easily, nobody has stopped him all year, and I dont see the Ads doing it either. I got LCA 35 Danville 24
  10. Looks like Mercer has a good shot at playing on the day after Thanksgiving!
  11. I dont think Danville has faced a back like Wheatley from LCA. We will see just how much defense they got.
  12. Who wins the District Championship?
  13. Catholic was in the red zone a few times also and didn't come away with points.Catholic could of scored more points too, let's not forget that.
  14. Josiah didn't play his best game tonight, but a lot of that had to do with Catholic. Gotta give some love to Catholic defense, they been bashed all year, but they came to play tonight. BC had way too many dropped passes, If I was Boyle, Max Cox and Nick Roney has got to get more touches. BC will play Catholic again, no doubt. BC better make some secondary adjustments because ALL catholics receivers can Fly.
  15. Boyle didn't get out coached. BC receivers kept dropping the ball, and Josiah didn't play his best game, and when he struggles BC struggles. I love the toughness of Max Cox and Nick Roney. I gotta give credit to Catholic they had a great game plan and their defense was flying to the ball. I see now to beat Boyle you gotta put it in the air. Congrats Catholic!
  16. Danny Butt Should be top 5. Some might think I'm crazy but I think he's the best player on Southwestern. I also want count out Boyle County. They will have the best defensive player in the STATE, yes I said it STATE, in Colton Elkins. Then you throw in 6'5 Max Cox, 6'4 Jase Sharpe and the toughness of Josiah Robins, you got yourself a nice nucleus to build around. Guard play is BC biggest question mark. Also Garrard County could suprise some teams this year along with Danville. I can't wait until basketball starts!
  17. I dont think Danville will be nearly as good next year than this year. They lose their whole D line, all but one in the secondary, all but one linebacker.BUT in 2017 they should be REALLY good. They got a great Sophomore class.
