If im not mistaken, I think when Lincoln went to zone all second half, and it limited Colton's touches. A lot of Boyle's TO came in the second half when they were forcing the ball to Elkins and Lincoln did a great job of not letting him get it. That was a smart move by Jackson to go zone in the second half, if he didn't do that Elkins would've had 30 points, Easy!

Worst defensive team Ed Mckinney has ever had while coaching at Danville. Back when Ed coached in the early 2000s those teams could defend which led to a lot of steals and easy baskets. I can remember watching Trumbow and Jeremy Vaught give guards fits and have a bunch of steals every game. If u scored more than 60 on Danville back then you had a great team. I just think the kids now dont believe in defense, and thats always been Ed's bread and butter. If he does come back next year he needs to bring out some old tape of the 99-2001 teams, and tell them to watch Trumbow and Vaught on how to defend!

Straight beat down. Elkins made them fear coming in the lane, and when they did he made Danville force up a crazy shot. I've never seen an Ed Mckinney coached team this bad on defense, they couldn't guard NOBODY. Danville loses its top 6 players next year, so I would think a few down years are coming for Danville.

Danville's guards are really quick. I hear Ivy Turner is just a Sophomore, she's really, really good.

Mercer will be in Rupp when its all said and done. I think Mercer plays its best when the big lights are on, such as @Wayne, @Boyle, @ Danville, and their Titan Classic. I believe they seen the Lafayette score against LCA, and figured they could just show up, I dont think they realized EVERY team they played wanted to be the team to end their streak, and to beat the #1 in the state. I think they had a reality check, and will take care of business from here on out leading up to Rupp.

I dont think Mercer has played an athletic team all year. I think any Lexington/Louisville School will give them problems. And a team like Bowling Green will definitely give them problems!
