I believe this is Brossart's first appearance ever in the BGP Polls!

I have had YoutubeTV for the past couple of weeks. I haven't had really any problems so far only a few times where it has lagged. I am having people over for the first time since we switched for the Super Bowl so I am hoping it works sufficiently. I watched the playoff games and basketball games and havent had any problems. One thing though I am struggling with is if it lags or I press the pause button on accident getting my feed to the most live. I click and fast forward but then it buffers for a bit and I am not sure if it actually live at that point might be 15-30 seconds off which might be as good as I can get it.

Any tips for first time race goers? I know in the beginning parking and traffic was an issue, are those fixed? Also what time do people start tailgating? Any info would be appreciated.

I am going to my the Speedway for the first time this year. I am excited!

@Colonels_Wear_Blue there has been a recent change to the Brossart Schedule. They have moved the Covington Holy Cross game to 9/27/19 and their bye week is now 9/13/19.

I agree. Also most games are on a two year home-home contract. They will now have to wait for the 2021 season to switch it up.

Bryan Duffy from Brossart- Career 27/32 PAT, 6/8 FG, Longest FG 37 yards. He was their kickoff specialist last year and put quite a few in the end-zone for touch backs. This year he is just the place kicker as he is back to playing soccer full time.

Tad is a heck of a RB.Over 1000 yards rushing that past two years. Does he have any college offers yet?

Bezold saw limited time as a Freshman and then started Soph and Junior year. Dennis saw limited time as a Soph and then started as a Junior.

Speaking of Frosty Malts, do they still sell these at games? I have had a hard time trying to find them this season and last?

Brossart had a few players selected but all opted to go on their Senior Trip this week.

I only know the past 3 years that Brossart has been in the district: 2015- Paris 2016- 3 Way Tie- Nicholas County(1 Seed in Playoffs), Bracken(2 Seed), Brossart(3rd Seed) 2017- Paris

Paris does return a solid RB in Matthew Barber 14 Tds last year

Nathan Bezold from Brossart. He is a bruiser back that carries a few people with him when he goes. Not sure what his yards after contact are but I am sure it is unreal. He averaged 4.8 yards a carry for a total of 270 yards and 1 TD. Touchdown came vs Bellevue (Play 2 on highlight video) where here carried a 4 people into the endzone. From 2014-2017 UK or UL have signed 13 of the top 20 players (Top 5 from each year) from KY per 247. That includes Damien Harris and Jedrick Wills who both went to Alabama and one went who to WKU. So UK or UL they didn’t recruit/sign 5 top 5 players in KY. I understand where you are coming from since I coach KY High School football I love to see KY kids gets scholarships from UK and UL. Congrats to Nick on the Preferred Walk-On, that is a great accomplishment in itself. Work hard every day and you could gain a scholly like Cole Mosier or Charles Walker if you decide to go to BBN!

Charles Walker a senior Receiver was a walk on I believe and then earned scholarship. Is Brett Slusher from Beechwood a walk on? He is listed on Gameday roster.

Bryce Donnelly- 35 Receptions, 786 yards, 22.5 yards per catch, 11 TDs. He is one of the fastest players in 1A and will catch just about anything.

Nicholas Co comes to Alexandria with a 3-2 record, while Brossart is coming off a bye with a 3-1 record. The All Time series is split with 1 win a piece. This is the first district game for both teams so it is a very important game.
