Good list. Each player has had a great season so far. Take each one off their respective team and each team drops several notches.

McClendon is on an averge team and sometimes a one man show. to say he is not in the top 5 is crazy. He plays offense, defense and rebounds. I can guarantee many lists include guys that should be on the offense only MVP list. I stand by Weyer then McClendon.

totally disagree. Beechwood has not beat holmes in over 50+ years. then to go to Bracken county, not comparable to the one point newport loss.

With the way Scott plays, they are dangerous on the W or L side against anyone.

i would be certain that everyone at beechwood was worried about this game after the emotional win v Holmes. Different result in this one if beechwood does not beat holmes the night before.

Timing is interesting for Newport at full roster. I still go with HC. They appear to have a special group this year.

Bradfield 15 Meyer 13 Number 11 had -11. Good game

Two games this week Newport could have lost (Beechwood and Highlands). I am not sure the guard coming back can offset the loss of mullins. This team was set up to score and they do not appear to be doing that.

the difference in this game will be barnes. if he can score HC wins. If he does not, then it is a toss up.

This team is way too talented on the offensive end to score less than 50 two nights in a row. They were bound to bounce back. If they can develop a second scorer, they willl continue to be a frontrunner.

Hunter Meyer probably leads them in all categories. However Rj Schweitzer has been a surprising offensive threat. Reed bradfield has more than held his own in the post and two sophs aj (11) and Tyler Schreck have played well.
