If Paris plays w discipline...they can very well win the region...greyhounds are loaded..spear headed by Koebe #4 and Jekobi #23..along w a deep backcourt. The sky is the limit!!

Simply stating Paris is a heavy underdog becuz they haven't so called played anyone. Paris advances.

You can only play who's on the schedule. I think people are underestimating defense. Paris plays defense!! May b a Lil rusty on offense because this will only b the second game in a month but when all else fails the defense will hit you in the mouth. Senior nite for Paris was emotional these kids have played together since 3rd grade and have been labeled as the squad to put Paris back on the map. Hounds started out shaky but got things together and cruised in the second half. James Clark scored two rushing TD. Koebe Garrard one rushing score. One of the Dumphord twins w a TD reception. Hounds finish the season w a perfect 10-0 record.

Fellas...Paris defense will flat hit you in the mouth...before last week they gave up 5pts a game. Brossart scores on a 80 yd bomb first play and scores again twice in mop up time. Defense is fast. Offense is lethal. Can't wait to see the Hounds play one of these teams that feel they can run right over this stiff defense.

If you were at the game you would have seen that Paris was getting bs calls...kids got called names as they left the field from the classless fans. If your judging team off of one performance that's your choice

Jones not being on list is becuz last year at GRC it seemed to b turmoil and he could never really find his niche. Should improve immensely at MOCO but jury is still out becuz he has to once again find his niche. Y Wells wasn't on preseason list is mind blowing. He thoroughly outplayed a couple of guys that are rated ahead of him. Should b an awesome season.

Don't b surprised if Paris shoots up the rankings. The core of the squad is playing football rite now...the success they are having has helped mature these kids. There is no other team in this region that has a one-two punch like Garrard/Wells. Y Wells isn't on top 10 rankings I don't know. Backcourt is loaded w yungstas that have developed. Brossart scores on first play..78 yard bomb..Paris returns the favor w smash mouth tough running. Seems the physical defensive line of the Hounds proved to b too much for the Mustangs. Brossart showed heart and didn't give up but the Hounds proved to be a bit too much all around.

I assume writer has not seen 6'3 ultra athlete Jekobi Wells of Paris either.

Nicholas showed some heart...big strong kids...18 penalties for 148 yards 10 or more were holding didn't help any. Greyhounds will have a strong week of practice and show up for the district championship. Gotta win some ugly ones sometimes.

I firmly believe that Paris is getting no love in the 10th region. They return all but one starter from their disctrict championship squad and both leading scorers. Paris also has pt gaurd Jordan Davis from Clark that has recently enrolled in school and should make a major contribution nxt season. Coach Brooks and the Greyhounds may have looked like a deer in headlights in the regional tourney but that can only make them hungrier w that experience from a year ago. Garrard is a man child and Wells is super athletic. No better 1-2 combo in region. Dont sleep on the Greyhounds.
