Voice of Reason Posted November 15, 2015 Posted November 15, 2015 Number 2 ranked Paintsville had a tougher time than expected in getting a win in the rematch with district rival Raceland. Meanwhile, Paris got a solid win over Fairview to show everyone they are for real. This game suddenly looks more interesting than many would have said prior to last week's games. Paintsville is on the road but they are still a clear favorite. Can Paris keep the undefeated season going with an upset win over Paintsville? Is Paintsville way too much for Paris? What does each team need to to do to win this one?
oldrambler Posted November 15, 2015 Posted November 15, 2015 I have been saying for a while now that my "spoiler" pick in the east was Paris. When I look at this one though, I have to predict Paintsville. I think that the Tigers physical play combined with the talent/speed in their RB's will be too much for Paris. That along with this one being played at Paintsville will get the Tigers the Win. One thing that may hurt Paintsville is if they draw a set of officials that are strict on the "extra curricular" stuff ... looking back at some highlights, Paintsville does have some players that will "taunt" the opponent after a big play and/or score. Should this be close game then that kind of un needed stuff penalties could make a difference. Paintsville by 1 or 2 td's

oldrambler Posted November 15, 2015 Posted November 15, 2015 The game will be played at Paris! Oops. sorry. I still will pick Paintsville. I didn't add this in my post earlier but Good Luck to Both teams and I hope that both stay injury free.
frankdracman23 Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 Paintsville should win but real strange stuff happens at Paris so they are definitely capable of pulling off a win.
hrcarrier Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 I'd like to see Paris advance, but believe Paintsville will be too much. Good luck to both teams.
jozey72 Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 Once again Paris Greyhounds should b Paris Underdogs!! Last time I checked Paris is equipped w speed and heart. I guess they shouldn't show up Friday from these predictions. Hounds win and advance.
AreLinz Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 Kash will change his name to spare change after this game. Paintsville hasn't seen speed like Paris this year.
Bac2369 Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 Kash will change his name to spare change after this game. Paintsville hasn't seen speed like Paris this year. They have played Pikeville and Bourbon who usually has solid speed.

Isn't it amazing that people get on a message board where people are normally going to voice their opinion and others get bent out of shape because a difference in opinion. No where has people disrespected or slighted Paris, just that they think Paintsville is the better team. The good thing is this game gets settled on the field and not on a message board.

Banymac Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 This will be a tight game. If you look at the both senior classes, this year is what both have been striving for. They have nearly same wins and losses. The it will come down to TOs and penalties. Paris in a tight one 28-24.
